Today, I visited the Taco Bell on Savannah Hwy and ordered from the ordering board the advertised $5 Grande Stacker Box. Then I heard please pull forward your total is $6.30. When I got to the window I said I'm sorry, there must be a mistake I ordered the $5 box and I don't believe with tax the total should be coming to $6.30. Then, a woman with blonde hair that I had never seen before (I visit often during my work lunch breaks) said we are not carrying the $5 promotion on the box. I said the sign when your order says the box is $5, and had I known that the box was not $5, I would not have ordered it. She then said the sign does not say it is $5. I then said so if I pull around again, and relook at the sign its not going to say the box is $5. She repeated that it doesn't say it is $5. So I paid the $6.30 thinking I made a mistake. After getting my food, I pulled back around as there was no one in line (very rare) and photographed the $5 advertisement for the box. So I spoke into the speaker and stated who I was. I then asked to speak to a manager as I had been overcharged and told repeatedly that the box was not advertised as $5, but I have a picture that says otherwise. She said I'm the manager. Pull around. When I pulled around the blonde haired woman, who said she was the manager, had her hand out with a black tub and said here. I stuck my hand out as she dumped change in my hand while saying here is your 69 cents before proceeding to slam the window shut. I have had nothing but good experiences at this Taco Bell prior to today. The cashiers are always so friendly. However, after having been treated so rudely, with repeated lying by the manager, and after having been falsely advertised food at one price that I would have never ordered if I had known the true cost, I will not be revisiting. I only wish the loss in business came out the managers paycheck, as maybe then she would know better how to...
Read moreThis location gets 0 stars I’m a normal at ALL TACO BELLS I came here on Easter at 11:45am through the drive thru and the guy answered and said WE ARE NOT OPEN so I pulled in the parking lot to see what time they open being that it was Easter.the website said it opens at 12 so as I’m sitting I see the lady manager came out of the back door and leave and all the other employees followed behind her to go behind the dumpster to smoke. And they saw me sitting and waiting the whole time. So at 11:56am I went back through the drive thru and the guy said the same thing so I backed out of the drive thru and wait and sat until 12:10 and went back to drive thru and the guy answered again and said we close. I said sir what time do yall open. He said we have NO FOOD, I said sir yall don’t have no food.?He said no we don’t have any food to put on the line we are waiting on the truck to come so I drove off. Being that I am a store manager at chic fil a this is unacceptable!I nor manly don’t do complaints at all but I hope and pray the store manager finds better employees and managers who actually wants to run the store when they are not present in the establishment! What young people have to understand is the customers are what’s getting them raise and paying there bills. If the establishment isn’t making any money then THERE IS NO MONEY TO GIVE OUT!Whole shift who worked on Easter Day needs to be terminated because this is unacceptable. And I will be back out the blue just to see the improvement or should I apply as a district area manager so I can terminate the...
Read moreI am a Taco Bell fanatic, but this was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had (and there have been several other bad ones at this location.) First the items we wanted to order were online exclusive, but the app is always glitching so it took about 15 minutes to even place our order. After waiting about 10 minutes in the drivethru, our whole order was not given to us and the dining room was closed Because they were short staffed so we couldn’t go in and retrieve the items left out. We had to wait in the drivethru another 20 minutes while our other food got cold and they refused to remake any of it. They told us to pull around, where we waited another 5 minutes to talk to the shift manager who told us we could call the GM and ask her to come down and make it for us personally, and made excuses about the age of the workers (which is a terrible excuse bc my husband manages a bunch of 15 year olds and Chick-fil-A) We still didn’t even get the sauce and straws. We had ordered no tomatoes and still got tomatoes on a crunchwrap, which is not easy to pick off and was not crunchy at all by the time we finally got to eat it. The chalupa bread was stale and the Dr. Pepper was undrinkable-lacked syrup. Will not be back to this location despite it proximity to our house. Just too many strikes against it. Too many left out items...too much wasted money. I used to be a loyal customer, but I’m done. Don’t bother wasting your time...
