I went to this Arby’s on Tuesday 4/16/2024 at 4:30 pm . I went there for curly fries. When ordered the young man took my order I a combo sandwich fries and drink which totaled to be $9.25 . I told him I wanted roast beef sandwich curly fries and a drink. I asked could he make sure all of my food was hot. He said yes. When I go to get my drink the sprite was warm and not good. Then I get my food I have crinkle fries filled with salt he says oh we’re out of curly fries we’re waiting on a truck that was coming at 5 I asked about the sprite we’re out it’s on the truck. I asked could I get more fries without salt. My sandwich was not hot barely warm. So a nice young lady remade the sandwich so it was hot it didn’t taste good the bread seemed old and the meat was dark. So I told the young man that I wasn’t happy with my meal and he walk away. Read moreI visited this Arby's yesterday and waiting in line for 10 minutes before someone took my order. When I came around the side of the building to the window, there was a very old woman standing in that tiny space between the cars and the building; her shoulder against the drive through window. The lady was leaning over picking up straws from the ground in front of my car, and trying to get my attention so I would roll down my window. She was dressed in pajamas and walking with a cane. None of the staff were even acknowledging this woman, just processing orders as usual. I was horrified that no one was taking care to see that this woman did not disturb their customers at the drive through window, and also horrified that she was putting herself in grave danger with her actions. When the path in front of me was clear, I drove off without being able to get my food, even though my wait was very long. Read moreReceipts are ringing up higher than menu prices for the previous 3 visits. I have tried politely bringing this to the stores attention and they continue to rudely tell me it's not their job, they don't care, one person said it doesn't matter and what do I want them to do about it? When I parked and came inside and asked to speak to a manager, I was rudely interrupted and told to leave if I don't like the prices. I tried to explain that it's not the prices I wish to complain about, it's the fact that they haven't updated their menu board in 6 months even though their cash registers were programmed with the higher prices long ago. When I asked for the 800# for Arby's corporate they said it won't do me any good, because they won't be open until Monday. I said politely that I can call on Monday, but I'd like the store location # and the name of the manager who just interrupted and yelled and me before I even could explain the situation.
