Clean Your Dirty Face — Local services in Charlotte

I've spent tons of money at spa facials, and nothing comes close to Clean Your Dirty Face. Seriously, you may be skeptical at the quality because the price is half of what a spa costs, but I am convinced you're paying for the nature music at spas because my skin looks and feels better after Clean Your Dirty Face than any other place. The staff are amazing (the receptionist Asia is super sweet and great to talk with) and they don't pressure you to buy products or services. Rather than "I think you need this add-on" I was asked "Did you want to add any add-ons?" I follow a consistent morning and night skin routine but have a lot of hormonal/stress acne on my forehead that hasn't been budging. Literally, after my facial at Clean Your Dirty Face, my acne (that has been very stubborn at going away) is already looking so much better; I was so surprised at how quick the results were! Membership Cancelled! I’ve been a member for over a year; recent personnel changes have led to much staff turn over, poor customer service, mis booked appointments, etc at the Metropolitan location, Today (7\14/24) was especially bad as the scheduled “skin boss” did not show up. While Megan and India did a beautiful job accommodating my appointment, issues have come up over the past few months that make this not a viable option for me.

I had an unlimited membership which was great! I got peels & nano as add ons in the 30 min window that made my skin look fantastic . However upon my last visit the esthetician refused to do a peel , citing he did not have enough time to do one in 30 mins , which is an odd lie to tell considering my chart showed that I always receive that service in 30 mins.
