This was my first time dining here and eating their food. I’m giving 3 stars because the food was great, and the server, Jamie, provided great service despite not being set up for success by her management team. I came with a group of 7, we ordered 1 large pizza, 2 small pizzas, 3 different orders of wings, and an individual order of wings, plus a hot sub. Jamie began bringing the food out so that it didn’t get cold waiting for the other food. The whole hot sub and a whole small pizza was eaten before ANY of the wings came out. Manager Charles came out after being requested, just to greet us by saying they were busy and backed up and can he get us refills of drinks (we waited 45 minutes for wings, and a whole pizza and sub had been completely finished to give an estimate of the time we waited). For one person in our party, all they got was wings as their meal, so needless to say, they waited 45 minutes and ended up having to get their wings to go. Charles then offered to comp the wings. Upon receiving our 3 separate checks, the first girl whom got wings and a drink received a nice $2 off of her $10 wings. Rather than send Jamie around again, opted to pay and leave. The rest of us received our receipts which were incorrect as well and receiving different amounts off our bill. Jamie handled the difficult situation very well and was very nice throughout the whole process. We requested to speak with the manager again, who appeared did not want to come back and speak with us again because we were waiting $10 minutes before Jordan kindly came over to speak with us. Within 5 minutes Jordan fixed the issue and we were on our way. FYI to Charles, being “busy” is not a reason for 3 pizzas, a sub, fries, and mozzarella sticks to come out 45 minutes before wings that get dropped in a fryer. And we want to hear a “hello, how can I help you?” Or “what can I do for you?” Or “I’m so sorry for the delay and I greatly apologize. This is our fault, thank you for your patience and I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.” HEAR and empathize with your customers if you want them to return despite a bad experience. The only reason I’ll be returning is because of how kind and great of a server Jamie was and Jordan for rectifying the situation quickly when Charles...
Read moreMy son is a student at Johnson and Wales. A culinary student at that , with a 4.0 gpa who absolutely loves food . He truly prides himself on not just quality and ingredients, but also service, and thats everywhere he goes. When we first arrived in Charlotte at the school a year ago we got pizza here the night before I drove back to Virginia. He was in line longer than he should have been but when we got the food he said it was totally worth it. He loved the food. Since then he has frequented this place throughout the year almost weekly. Well Today he went to pick up an order and there was a Caucasian woman who he greeted and spoke to , to get his order. (This is Monday 10/28 around 5pm) Anyone who knows my son knows he’s a 6 foot tall quiet reserved respectable black man but a true gentle giant. He repeatedly try to get this employees attention to pick up his order and she repeatedly ignored, never responded or acknowledged him. He reached out to me 5 hours away because it truly hurt him. He didn’t know what he had done wrong. He is not like me by any means (because I would have gotten her attention) and he is not confrontational at all. He was able to get the attention of another employee who happened to walk out. I do not care how hard customer service is or what kind of day you had. You stay in the back and out of sight if you are having a bad day and can’t deal anymore . The automatic assumption to my child is “she didn’t want to help me because I’m black”, And she gave no other explanation for this in her behavior. I told my son these are places you simply no longer frequent. They lose business , theyll figure out why eventually. Your black money can be used where it’s appreciated. I so bad want to get in my car and make the 5 hour drive to meet this woman myself. Because my son is the most kindhearted person (to a fault) you could meet, and your complete disregard of his existence was 100% unnecessary and unwarranted. I hope this establishment realizes it’s more than “fairly good food”, that keeps a business...
Read moreI recently dined at Bisonte Pizza Co and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, the service was impeccable, and the pizza was out of this world. Each bite was a burst of flavor, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly crisp crust. The variety of toppings offered catered to every palate, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the meal was evident. From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. The warm smiles from the staff made me feel right at home. It's not just about the food though; it's the memories created around those shared slices. Whether it's a family gathering or a casual dinner with friends, Bisonte Pizza Co has a way of turning moments into memories. Whether you're a pizza connoisseur or simply looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend Bisonte Pizza Co for an unforgettable dining experience. Also, I was there the day Seymone and the reviewer conversation. The reviewer was very rude and was cussing Seymone out because of the wait for her food. They were completely busy but still managed to put out great food. Seymone was very polite and helpful to her and everyone. She worked diligently and efficiently so our food was good...
