I dined in for lunch. The wings were great! They were big and fresh and crusty. The plain fried rice i ordered is just that, plain rice and soy sauce. I also had an egg roll, not good, they were store bought and the mustard came in a packet instead of homemade. I also ordered spicy chicken and vegetables with white rice. This was pretty good, i would order it again. The vegetables were fresh and abundant along with a generous amount of white meat chicken. They sell sweet tea, which i returned because it was to sweet. The menu says they have hot green tea but the waiter said they did not have hot tea. The walls and doors are filthy and in need of a paint job. So while i was sitting there their delivery driver walks in wearing a old Tshirt and his shorts half way down his butt, then walks into the kitchen. Grose! There is no way i would eat food that their delivery driver touched. After getting lost on his delivery, i overheard the phone call, he comes back to the restaurant, plops himself down in a booth and cranks up some movie on his phone so loud I could hear the guns blazing and the body count being racked up across the restaurant. Man if I was in charge that guy would be washing tabels and chairs and painting walls instead of sitting there making this Chinese restaurant in a strip mall look even less average then it is, pluss he would be...
Read more3/30/2016 - I usually do not write reviews like this but if I can save someone from wasting their hard earned money then I'm here to help. I was initially excited to find a place near work that would deliver, I just never guessed it would take an hour to show up, by that time my lunch was over. The worst part was I spent $22 because they have a minimum plus a delivery fee. The food was honestly gross, I had general Tso chicken, a butterfly shrimp appetizer and a strawberry and banana smoothie which they raved about on the phone. The chicken was a cheap version of frozen and heavily battered chicken, not even close to being tasty, the shrimp was just as bad, barely cooked and previously frozen and the smoothie was sour which was a first for me when it comes to strawberry and banana. Again, I'm not bitter or angry but hope someone else can avoid being majorly disappointed by these guys. I have to give at least one star to post this but that...
Read moreSooo disappointed. Moved to this side of town CRAVING Chinese. My car is down and I can't get to my go to. Ordered the General Tso Chicken, with fried rice and egg rolls. The chicken was bland. Didn't taste that good, chicken was dry. The sauce was greasy and salty. Dare I say hints of old grease. The rice was literally white rice.... soy sauce and I saw a few carrot pieces. Egg rolls while crispy had no flavor, and had hints of old oil. I wanted this place to be good. I needed it to be everything those old school signs tell us when we go to these places. Huge menu maybe needs paring down and focus put on staples. It's just not that good. Paid $15 overall and im mad I didn't just go to Subway for half the price. Cute inside tho, looked full of promise. It was empty so maybe that should have been my first clue. Save your money....
