To begin, THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THIS TEAM AT THIS BOJANGLES! My staff placed a large order for the incorrect day, over $100 of food for our team. We called and they told us all we'd need to do was bring in the receipt. Knowing we'd made this mistake, I arrived to the location about 45 minutes before the order was placed for the incorrect day, anticipating that such a large order coming through the door would take some time (rightfully so.) I walked in and waited 1 full minute to be greeted by both the GM and other team members asking if we'd placed the large order for the incorrect day (They remembered us from days prior and had been preparing to complete the order for today before I'd stepped in) Furthermore, they apologized for not having it ready as I stepped in, they'd been calling my office all morning and for a few days prior trying to get in touch to ask what time we'd like it done! Despite our office not responding and not giving the team the opportunity to have the (remember, over $100) order ready, the entire staff jumped in and put our order together (HOT!) in under 10 minutes. This was the earliest my team ate and it's entirely thanks to this team at the N Tryon Bojangles. Then, as I was loading boxes into my car once the order was complete in record time, a team member brought out the rest of my order and helped me get it into my car. She and I began conversation which truly brightened my day. As a GM myself, it was incredibly obvious that the team appreciates and respects the GM at this location. He was right there on the line with his team as I am with mine, joking, laughing, and building relationships with customers. He is obviously the difference- leading by example. Thank you guys so much for your help and kindness today, picking up our order was the highlight of my week! We've spent a lot of money on food over the last 15 days for my team and this was by FAR the most enjoyable experience on pickup. Read moreSuper disappointed in the management this morning I have been a long time customer and I've had a child that work for Bojangles to help him start his job Journey while he was in high school I have always had an amazing experience with this location always claim always prompt and always on time unfortunately this morning the the management was very unprofessional I understood exactly what she was saying and I did abide by the rules I did pay for what I needed to get that was extra but the way she talked was very unprofessional and the management team that was there today she has been in management for a very long time she probably didn't recognize me but I definitely recognize her she also has new staff there which teaches them and allows them to do the same thing she does because she's in management it was kind of disappointing and hurting but lucky enough another customer saw it and I was approached as I was leaving you got to be careful on how you treat long-term customers and people that come into your establishment she's just a part of the Bojangles team she is not the owner of Bojangles and I'm sure if the management look back and reviewed the footage on how she talked they would be surprised never went into the company or establishment and ask for anything free but she went into a whole policies and procedures but the way she did it was definitely unprofessional and it was wrong please train your team of management they just work for the company they are not the owners and they should treat people how they want to be treated the sad thing is she made me pay for extra stuff which I did and I was okay with that but then the fries that I wound up getting was dry and unseasoned and they taste like other food have been...
Read moreZero stars for the guy who was working the window with a curly Afro box and the unprofessional lady manager. First off he handed me my drink leaking out of the cup & drink was definitely going to make a mess on my car. I asked for another one, which I shouldn’t have had to do. I ordered a Cajun sandwich meal and my total was $9.18. I was given a sandwich no fries. I informed the kid I ordered the meal, he said I didn’t. I told him he could run the AI recorder back because I know what I ordered. I show him a receipt of my order from yesturday with the meal 9.73 because he was trying to charge $3 more for fries. The kid at the window states “we’re on a timeline & we can’t sit at the window talking”. Do you think I really want to be hear explaining your error for the 2nd time? Basically ignoring the complaint due to him not actively listening to the order and trying to avoid correcting it. The manager comes to the window with an attitude, very unprofessional as if this wasn’t a simple mistake that could be quickly fixed. She aggressively asks for my order back & yells I’m gonna void the entire order! Yes that’s what needs to be done because it was rung up incorrectly even though she was still trying to have me pay an extra $3 for fries. I suggest corporate create modules and learning activities for customer service for staff & this lady manager because if this was the managers behavior the staff have no real leadership!!!! Please check your orders & hold on to receipts. Rude, lazy, and unprofessional manager. Why would I pay $11.67 for a meal that is $9.73?
