Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 3 HOURS for a pizza I paid $30 for — and it never even showed up. No call, no update, nothing. Just radio silence from Domino's. I tried calling the store multiple times and couldn’t get a straight answer, if I got through at all. At this point, I’m out $30, had no dinner, and wasted my entire evening waiting on food that never arrived.
This is beyond unprofessional. I will never order from this location again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before doing so. Domino’s needs to seriously reevaluate their customer service and delivery systems. Absolutely disgraceful.

Here's an expanded and more detailed version of your review — passionate, firm, and highly critical while still staying coherent and appropriate for platforms like Google Reviews, Yelp, or even a social media post: ⭐ 1 Star (Only because zero isn’t an option) This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a pizza from Domino’s and paid $30 — not exactly cheap for a single pizza — and then proceeded to wait over 3 hours for an order that never even arrived.
Let me be clear: not only did my food never show up, but I received no call, no update, and absolutely no communication whatsoever. I checked the tracking system (which was useless), tried calling the store multiple times, and couldn’t get through to anyone who could tell me what was going on. At one point, I was put on hold indefinitely. It honestly felt like they just forgot my order and couldn’t care less.
I understand that things can go wrong — delays happen, drivers run behind, etc. — but what’s completely unacceptable is the total lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer service. If the store was overwhelmed or couldn’t fulfill the order, the very least they could have done was inform me or issue a refund. Instead, I was left hungry, frustrated, and out $30 for something I never received.
This isn’t just about a pizza — it’s about respect for your customers. I wasted my entire evening waiting on food that never came. I had to scramble last-minute just to find something else to eat after wasting hours thinking “it’s probably on the way.”
I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years, but after this experience, I’m done with this location — and possibly the brand altogether. If this is how customers are treated, I’d advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere for your food. There are plenty of other pizza places that will actually deliver what you paid for — or at the very least, treat you like your time and money matter.
Extremely disappointed, and absolutely do...
Read moreI placed a very large order (order #2052) at 1022pm (because all other local pizza shops were closed) for my sons surprise 21rst birthday party. I received a call shortly thereafter from a male who asked if I placed the large order. I replied yes and he proceeded to say "This is going to take about 2.5 hours", I relied "Ok that is fine" and he hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and there was no answer. He could have said "ma'am I might not be able to fill all of this for x,y,z reason" and maybe we could've discussed maybe just getting half the order filled, but nope. I followed the order tracker and started receiving text messages. Once "Wesley was in the neighborhood" I had my sons girlfriend looking out for him. He was advised to ring the doorbell and leave on porch in order. Next thing the online tracker says complete and order was delivered. I checked in again with her and she took a picture and nothing was left on the porch. I attempted to call the store but at this time it was after midnight and they were closed. I even verified my order receipt to ensure I entered the right address and it was correctly entered. So unfortunately, 20 people were left to find food elsewhere as they were anticipating this order. I did not receive a phone call in the event he couldn't find the house or anything to that effect. This morning I actually went to the store and spoke with the manager (young lady) didn't get her name. I explain the situation in reference to the hang up and no food delivery. She began to make excuses for the poor customer service such as "well you placed a large order at 11pm an hour before closing", "he was really busy last night", "he was the only one here", "it says it was delivered". I informed her that it wasn't and I am very unsatisfied. I am a customer and Dominos is a business, there is NO EXCUSE for this. I should not be hung up on nor NOT have food delivered accurately better yet not delivered at all "because its busy and I ordered late". There is no disclaimer on last call for order or how much you can order. So the end result from the manager was "I don't have any answers for you until I can figure it out and speak with him and he was up late, so I need a little time". No "I apologize that this happened", "I'm sorry about this", etc to show that you empathize with the customer. Just "I don't have any answer for you" and "I'll have to look into it". The only reason you get a one star is because there's no option for no rating at all. I will not be ordering Dominos in the future and if I'm forced to it definitely won't be from this location. Absolutely, poor poor poor customer service. I will be disputing the charges since there was NO...
Read moreThe driver (Melissa with a white Toyota Camry) was rude and oblivious. She called me and simply told me she was here and to come outside. I’m not sure why she had a problem getting in the building because I’ve had food delivered from multiple places and they came straight to my door. When I asked her where she was she replied, “I’m in at harrosh.” Assuming that harrosh was a street name, I told her I didn’t know where harrosh was. She told me, “you don’t know what a carrash is?” I asked, “garage?” And she said yes. I was already in the GARAGE so I told her I didn’t see her and asked what car she was in. She answered, “it’s a white car you see it.” She wasn’t even there. Then she told me she was on the first floor. I went to the first floor and the main lobby of my complex. She called again asking where I was as if SHE wasn’t the one that was supposed to deliver the food to me. She then showed up in her white car that didn’t have a dominos delivery sign on it so I’m not sure how she expected me to know which car it was, especially when she wasn’t even at the location or the “carrash” she indicated. She had the audacity to get frustrated with me because I was walking around my garage looking for an unidentified white vehicle. I even walked around my complex trying to find her. Mind you, it was raining. Furthermore, Melissa with the white Camry from Charlotte’s Domino’s off Park and Kenilworth is an idiot and I’d appreciate it if she were not allowed to deliver pizza again. I’m not sure why I even tipped her as she was extremely rude and very much delayed due to her journey through random “harashis” in Southend. This experience...
