Best advice I can give for this location is KEEP WALKING.
This location is understaffed and under-qualified to give quality drinks and service. So you will be waiting a long time for your order. And the drink you expect to taste the same as other Jamba Juices will not be the same. It will be some made up hybrid that you most likely will consider throwing away on the trash. So save your money.
When I ordered 2 large veggie vitality drinks, she said she isnât going to make those drinks for me because it takes too long to prepare. Danger Sign #1 I said I can wait. And so she took the next guys order to make me wait. Danger Sign#2 Then once she started working on my order, I noticed it wasnât looking anything like the drink I have ordered many times from other Jamba locations. Danger Sign#3 Then I asked why I was being charged $18.81 for 2 large drinks with prices shown as $6.99 each on their menu. Seems like a very large taxation of $4.81 Danger Sign#4 She said thereâs nothing she can do to change the price on her register even though it doesnât match their menu. I was thirsty so I paid and asked for a receipt. She said sheâs unable to print receipts.    Read morePlease do yourself a favor and do t stop here. The scariest part is that they just do what they want and pay no mind to what ingredients are supposed to go into your orders. Case in point, I ordered a blue sky bowl. The gentlemen prepping it put the ingredients into the pitcher and handed it off to the person operating the blender. She blended and then realized it was supposed to be a bowl not a smoothie. She gave it back to the first person and said this is supposed to be a bowl. He took it back added some ice and a scoop of white powder (maybe protein... not sure but that wasnât listed as an ingredient in this bowl). Then it was revlemded and sat there like a bowl of soup until someone came to âtopâ it..of course you really canât top sonething that is the consistency of soup. She couldnât find the almonds so she asked around and apparently decided to put some pumpkin seeds instead (without asking me). Not sure what happened to the coconut chips that were supposed to be on there... maybe she couldnât find those either. Note to management... customers typically donât like to be surprised when it comes to what theyâre eating. Now do they like to pay $10 for a bowl of soup with some fruit. I haven't seen the mean girl this week I pray she no longer works for you all because the service was so perfect this week, I've been bragging about the love I feel when I come to the store. I see everyone wearing name tags now.... Awesome, so the people I met today was Tonga Assistant General Manager and Moses Multi-Unit General Manager and they were literally the breath of fresh air I needed today. It has been a rough week, and I just wanted my Jamba Greens and Ginger, and I must say I am impressed with the service I received all this week especially today, Today was the first time seeing Moses, he said that's cause he manage both locations, I've been to the other store and all of them are always nice but my flight is always on this side so I try to buy things close to my gate on A concourse, I told him, "thank you for being here" and he said you're welcome. Let's hope this cool vibe can stay...
