I visited my first ever Jason’s Deli tonight and probably my last.It was only two cars in the drive thru and a few patrons inside.I consider going to feed my family because the other establishments around Jason’s Deli had long lines in their drive-thru.I should have waited in those lines if I new my order wasn’t going to correct and the young lady with the Blonde Hair and the long false lashes would be so rude and lazy!I asked for the Beffater with lettuce and tomato and a Kids Pepperoni Pizza. I wait 5 mins at the window after paying which is completely ok.I check my sons Pizza(Perfect),I checked my sandwich no lettuce &tomato. The young lady in the drive thru hurried up and close the window before I could ask for condiments and I waited almost another 6-8 mins before she turned around to see it was the same car in the drive thru that now has a line because she was texting on the phone and didn’t decide to look back after me yelling for assistance. Her and a Manager corresponded during this and her never decided too look at the window either at me waiving in the car.She finally open the window again,I asked for lettuce and tomato and then her comes another 6 min wait.At this time my food is cold and my kids are hungry so I was ready to go home!I know it’s hard to find help, but for a new business customer service is how it will help you flourish!PLEASE Express this to your staff!I paid $11 for a sandwich and received Au Jus sauce that was just brown water and I had to throw it away!My kid ate I guess that’s the only good thing that came from my 1st Jason Deli...
Read moreNope. Don’t go to the this location. The hubby and I visited this location on Sunday @ 10am when they first opened.
As we pulled in I noticed a guy with long hair and a hat handling the trash. Moments later, that same guy was behind the counter prep the food stations 🤢 no I don’t believe the changed his blue gloves. You can tell old gloves that have molded to the shaped of you hands, from a new pair of gloves. We didn’t leave though.
We ordered two breakfast croissants. The cashier looked over to a tall guy with blue gloves carrying two tubs of something (remember they just opened so they are cleaning and prepping) if they had sausage. The guy put the tubs down on the floors and walked to the back. He can back with two sausage patties in his gloved hands! Same gloves! Sausage not wrapped in anything but the gloves that he used to carry the tubs.
We kindly asked for a refund and ran out of that place. It’s too close to the holidays to get food poisoning from Jason’s Deli. I will never return to the IKEA...
Read moreI'm a huge fan of this chain, but this location is simply just not recommended. The salad bar is rarely well stocked, and the same goes for the self serve drinks. There is never any lemons for tea and often you will have to ask at the counter for lids, napkins, or cups for the ice cream (if they even have them there). The overall quality of this location is just simply always lacking, and often times if you order catering your boxes will be being prepared out in the open dining area with the boxes just sitting open in booths on both tables and seats, so maybe think twice before ordering from this one as well for sanitary reasons. I've given it a lot of chances due to the convenience of the location, but it's honestly worth the drive down to Woodlawn for a significantly...
