This Jersey Mike's has been extremely disappointing for a while now. I visit only because it's the location closest to me. They literally put only 3 very thin slices of meat on each sandwich. I bet if you held up a slice you could see thru it. Not only that, I've eaten Jersey Mike's for well over a decade now and I vividly remember when the bread was not only much longer, but also much wider and thicker. Fast forward to now when a Regular might as well be a Mini. I also noticed that the Lays chips that used to be 2 ounce bags are now 1 and 1/2 ounces, yet somehow we're being charged not even the same, but even worse their prices have increased dramatically.
Listen, I am by no means a penny-pincher or greedy individual. It's just frustrating how companies continue to short change the consumers. I wouldn't mind the constantly evolving price increases if only the sandwiches also constantly evolved in size and fillings. But to keep increasing your prices, yet your sandwiches continue getting shorter, more narrow and the density of the bread keeps getting thinner, and the meat portions get lesser is insulting.
Paying darn near $12 to $15 bucks for a malnourished sized sandwich, chips that have gotten smaller?? No more, no...

Read moreMay have been the rudest customer service experience I've ever had. I have a gluten allergy and the guy making my sandwhich was being extremely rude the whole time and literally did not care that I had a gluten allergy. The atmosphere in there was extremely tense. I think, the "manager" on duty(?), had his shirt unbuttoned halfway down. They were all very off towards me, and were busy talking about how they were going to be trading food with another store. The service is whatever, but I'm writing this review because of my allergy. He even asked if it was a preference or allergy, and I said allergy, and he carried on making it with no glove change, didn't clean the boards, literally didn't do anything differently. I can literally become physically sick from gluten. I wish that this matter had been taken...
