Terrible experience at Mad Dash. Unfortunately, I failed to check the reviews before making a purchase. We stopped by 7th St Mkt for lunch—there weren’t many options open, so we decided to try Mad Dash.
We ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich, a smash burger, and wings, totaling $48. It took nearly an hour to receive our food—and this was during lunch!
The chicken sandwich was burnt, the burger was missing lettuce, tomato, and bacon, and the wings were cold and tasteless. The entire experience was a disaster.

The chicken sandwich had barely any chicken, and what was there was tough and overcooked. The same goes for the chicken bites—so tough that my kids couldn’t eat them. The patty melt was dry and lacked flavor, and while the cheeseburgers were okay, they weren’t anything special.

Read moreWhile visiting uptown we decided to stop at 7th street market for the variety of food options. I chose Mad Dash and I was impressed.
The food was delicious. I ordered a chicken sandwich for me and it was so crispy I even kept the pickles on my sandwich which I typically remove but these were so crunchy I chose to keep them on. The inside was perfect on the sandwich just the right amount of juicy.
The fries were nice and crispy I had to rub some salt off but other than that they were good. My little ones enjoyed the wings and fries I order for them.
I look forward to giving this place...
