I would give one star but I have an extra one for the dude that did it. He was super chill. I only had my chain bracelet for three days. It wasn’t chunky or anything. I chose the smaller loop chain. Super sad because I splurged to get myself something nice but the warranty only covers if the bracelet is present. Yet I feel disappointed because the point of the bracelet is to be permanent, if it’s not then replace it? I know that’s not the workers fault. Super sucks.

edit: My concern wasn’t the fact that the warranting can’t cover it it’s the fact that your bracelet broke off by barely snagging it. It was not put on well the bracelet itself is not good quality. My daughters and I went to get permanent bracelets together and had the best experience! Not only did Karen Cole offer the best prices, they had a large selection of chains and charms. The three of us were done in less than an hour, which was worlds shorter than the first place I ever went for permanent jewelry. They also validate parking if you visit them in uptown which is great.
