Not Just Coffee — Restaurant in Charlotte

I am sorry to say that costumer service here is not in their daily goal. I ordered an ice latte, and the lady just pour the coffee, the ice and let my cup sit forever. After taking care of two more costumers, I asked her if she could discard the water on top(ice+ time melting= watery coffee?). She just gave me the look, did it and her attitude was the most unpleasant experience from then on. We waited for the whole order at a table, and when everything was delivered, on purpose this same lady walked by, she went to the furthest table possible, and left the order back there, yelling my name to go and pick it. I regret having tipped them. I regret going to a place where people don’t want to do their job IT’S A NO COMING...

Wow! What a wonderful experience I had last night at Not Just Coffee! I was needing something sweet, so after getting some pie at another shop right next door, I had to have some good coffee to compliment it. Not Just Coffee fixed me up good! Kenya was so pleasant and made me an outstanding cup of coffee. It wasn't over sweet and it wasn't over strong, it was just perfect! I loved this place, Kenya was so warm and pleasant it makes me want to go back everyday just to have her work her magic! A nice compliment to the offerings of 7th Street station, Not Just Coffee offers an array of drinks from a typical cup of joe, cold brew or hot, to seasonal latte's and hard to find chai's. I typically do not drink coffee after a certain time of day but if I find myself in 7th Street Station then I often find myself buying a cup and saving it for the next day, though not as good the next day its still better than anything I have at home.
