Terrible customer service. So I pulled up to McDonald’s before heading home from work, and was told I had to place my order at the second window because something was up with drive through. Pull up to a short hair lady with I guess a bleach job. Scrolling and texting on her phone with a bad attitude. Did not acknowledge me for a few minutes and when she did speak to me, didn’t even look up from her phone. Seem annoyed that I was ordering food from her. I’m pretty sure she was the shift manager. Finally she seem annoyed and made another worker come over to finish her work, so she can go over and text some guy called, Jason. Poor Jason. The lady was a bumbling woman with customer service skills that was an improvement from the first but not great either. Seem to just want to get ride of me, so she could go back to standing around. Took forever to give me my card back, it made me nervous. Finally got my food, no smile or good bye. Handed the food and close window. I would not recommend this McDonald, I don’t expect five star quality work but at least fake it. Bad service equal bad quality in preparation of food. No star actually. I feel like the positive reviews on this place about food and service are lying or friends and family of the employees. No one who has had the displeasure of ordering from hear would say that this joint makes great fries or has nice employees. That a lie. Read moreI went thru the drive through, but noticed my order was missing something. I decided it wasn't a big deal, but wanted to go back through the drive thru to order the missing item and something in addition. Mistakes happen, and I may have misspoken, so I hadn't planned on even mentioning it. But when I pulled up, I was actively ignored. 4 cars were able to place their orders in the lane next to me, but I was not acknowledged. Then they switched the speaker to my lane and I was treated to a conversation between coworkers and the customers ahead of me. When a car behind me reversed and went into the other lane, the speaker immediately switched over to take their order. At this point I drove around and went inside to order the missing food as I didn't want to disappoint those at home waiting on me. There I waited with several others an additional 5 minutes before anyone spoke to us - only to be told that I had to use the kiosk to order. In my frustration at this point I told the woman trying to help that I'd already been through the drive thru twice, and to get me out of the store she took my order and got my food. I felt horrible as suddenly I was cast in the light of an unreasonable customer causing a scene, and I'm sorry that my frustration became visible. But I don't understand why the employees here would actively ignore a customer and not expect them...
Read moreMy wife and I came here at 12:42 am on October 24, 2018 and upon pulling up to the drive thru did not see the glazed chicken tenders that McDonalds everywhere are selling as a limited item. Since my wife really enjoys this item I proceeded to ask the drive thru attendant FOUR times about the tenders and she insisted on not knowing what I was talking about. Frustrated we just ordered two Big Mac meals. When we pulled around to pay I pulled up the McDonalds website and showed the cashier the tenders I was asking about. She said, "yes we have those, glazed tenders" (in extremely broken English I might add) then I repeated that that is what I had said and suddenly she was back to they didn't make them. Annoyed, tired and not wanting to argue I went ahead and moved to the second window and got our food. Out of curiosity I asked the woman at the food window about the glazed tenders and she immediately knew what I was talking about and asked another coworker to be sure they still made the item, which they did, and from the background my wife and I could hear the woman running the headset lying and denying that I had asked about the item. My wife and I are highly dissatisfied with the drive thru attendants performance, her inability to understand proper English, lying, and giving us an attitude as if we had created the problem.
