MY REPLY TO THE MANAGEMENT : Firstly, your restaurants seems to have issues getting the Samosas right. Since, they were literally “BURNT”. 2.) veg Manchurian wasn’t any better either. Yet, you guys have not replaced the inedible. And FYI Sankalp, along with the entire world, doesn’t consider the amount we’ve eaten as 3/4th of the dish. 3/4th?! You wish.
How come it hasn’t occurred to you guys to have the decency to refund the “entire” bill until this morning. I mean, it took one terrible customer service, an entire day, and couple of bad reviews to get you guys to call us and apologise for what had happened. What’s worse is that I really liked this place before, I made some great memories, but they’re not so reminiscing now. And That’s sad. I wouldn’t spend my time and energy on expressing my experience online ( which you people would refer to as ‘defaming a business’ ) with any business that has the minimum decency to not claim that I do all this for “free stuff”? That’s just beyond me.
Good luck with the samosas tho Peace out ✌🏼
Not great customer service. They neither replaced nor refunded for an item just because they didn’t find the problem we...
Read moreWell , what am I to say when I have an entire 50$ order which ridiculously is incomplete. Called your number listed on Google and half a ring layer hangs up then I start to 'chat' with your bot and no response. So, I have no way to contact you but drive back 30 mins. Ordered online - paanipoori, choley kulcha, paneer pizza, kesar drink. So, how am suppose to be eating when the 8 pieces pori/golgappey are missing but I just have the paani, then I just have choley but no Kulcha then dabeli butter one has no flavor but only a soggy soggy mashed potato literally dripping in oil. So I get there happy to try out a new indian place. First off the drink the guy was passing me was incorrect. He quickly made the correct one. Falooda in it is bad quality. It's literally skinny, stringy. Could use a but if Kosar flavor as it's a bit bland. Then I took a very quick peep in bag and see a tiny 6inch paneer pizza which I come home to find 1 tiny pience of paneer on the very chewy pizza. Place looked clean. Dine in is close due to covid. This is a new place and has a long way to go. Back in the kitchen I go to cook after...
Read moreNew restaurant and if you have fond memories of Choice restaurant from Ahmedabad, India then the food here will certainly take you down that memory lane. Small suggestion for them to improve would be for their to-go orders to consider packaging the yogurt and chutneys separate for Bhel or Dahi Puri to retain the crunchiness better. The pizzas and various sandwiches we tried for about 9 of us in our group allowed for us to sample a significant variety and all of them were done really well. The owner is responsive and constantly verified accuracy of the order with politeness and courtesy on folks having to wait a bit for orders to complete. These are trying times for restaurants to get staff and I commend them for their efforts to keep things running for a brand new operation while the quality of the food has not been sacrificed. I will certainly be visiting this place again, and someday when staffing shortages are over I look forward to dining at the location which seems to have been...
