Yesterday my mother and I purchased 2 dinners from the food truck. We paid our money and was given a timer, however the timer didn’t go off. They left without giving us our food. My mother then tried to call him. When he called back he was very rude to her. He then asked her that if she saw him leave why didn’t she run him down and that he is not obligated to give her a refund. First of all it was night and secondly my mother is in a wheelchair so she couldn’t “run him down “. Let me tell you something. We eat at alot of places but this truck right here is on POINT. The cook is NO joke!! See people sees the prices and be like new. The good is most DEFINITELY delicious!! We were going to just get hotdogs to hold us over until we got back on our side. Nope, my husband stood there reading the menu. We walked away with the 2 hotdogs combo, 10 small chicken wings, zucchini and squash (which is sauteed), and let's NOT forget the banana pudding. This is a food truck. However this was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. You could tell this was somebody grandmas Mac and cheese! It was totally authentic southern style Mac and cheese. The cabbage was good but needed a little salt which they provided. I was extremely happy they included no pork in any of there sides. The rice was ok it was short grain or sushi rice so it tasted a little overcooked but not burnt so it was definitely edible. The salmon bites were delicious not over cooked and well seasoned.
