I typically come to this location since it is so close to me. I will start with the only positive! My order is always correct and it does taste good. My issue with this location was an incident I was involved in this morning 12/23/23 7:35am. Long story short I decided last minute to place an online order on my way to work for a tall latte (NOT TOO HARD OF AN ORDER. LOCATION WAS NOT BUSY). I will admit I ordered it about 1 minutes before pulling in due to like I said it being a last minute decision. Once I got there I went in the drive through and told them I have a mobile order etc and they told me to pull forward. The employee at the window said "It will just be a few minutes they are finishing making your drink." A different employee came up to the window who I was assuming was a "Shift Lead" of some sort and she told me "We have told you MULTIPLE times to please order 15 min ahead of time for your mobile orders and do not place it when you are here on our app. If you could ACTUALLY follow these instructions that would be great. Do not do it again" I was in absolute shock and said "okay". As I was waiting for my latte to be finished being made it finally hit me that she said "they have told me multiple times". I have never been told this by ANY location before. Nor have I "always" done that. Therefore I told the drive through worker that "his lead who spoke to me needs to be more kind and that I have NEVER EVER been told this before. The lead might have me confused with someone else. Approaching a customer like that was highly inappropriate and to always make sure she has her facts correct before making the assumption and pissing a customer right off." I am very angry and disappointed in the service I received today. If I was not heading to work I would have gone in the store and made a complaint to her face and speak or request to speak to whoever is above her. Customers who do not deserve these remarks do not need to have someone scolding them at 7:30am for NO reason. Recognize you clients/customers correctly before anything. Read moreThis is a beautiful store (two floors) with a drive through that runs nonstop. From what I saw the folks that work there do a fantastic job in a very high stress/volume situation. Even so, this will be my first and last visit to this store due to an extremely unpleasant experience I had there with my family on a cold pre Christmas evening.
My daughter was home from school and we stopped into this Starbucks store for a warm drink and to catch up. Our drinks were perfect and we went upstairs to get away from the draft that blew when the doors opened.
There was an older masked man sitting at the corner table hidden behind a backpack and open laptop on his table that stared at me menacingly as I took a table by the window out of his view. My daughter came up behind me and said that he stared at her with both middle fingers straight up. I thought nothing of it and we started chatting. At one point he walked into my view to peer over the railing down stairs. He kept shaking his hand at me as if to shoo us away. That caught my attention! When we finished and were preparing to leave, he glared at us and again raised his middle finger. I asked him from across the room what he was doing and he said with a sneer “F@&K YOU”! With my family there I did not want to engage any further so we quickly went downstairs to speak to the staff. They described him and unapologetically said they knew exactly who he was. The whole time he glared down at us from upstairs. We got the feeling that at this Starbucks store it was accepted that an abusive obscene masked man owns the upstairs lounge and it was not a family oriented store so we left. As we walked to our cars he continued his one finger salute from the upstairs window near the table we were just sitting at. Both my wife and daughter -who are avid Starbucks customers- said they were glad I was there or they would have not felt safe and further said they would not...

I was a regular at this store and I ordered a cold brew nearly every morning with extra foam on the side. They said “if we have to use a side cup, then we have to charge you” and I was like “OK”. Other locations never charged me but it was not worth an argument. So my coffee cost about $9/ day (which is kinda ridiculous!). So that’s about $3k/yr!
One day I order my usual drink and the lady requests that the manager ALIVIA speak with me and she said “we can’t serve foam on the side anymore for you. I can still serve your coffee though” and I wondered if this were a corporate policy or a fake fabricated policy created to be Petty for no reason ( I was always a kind and pleasant customer), so I emailed Starbucks corporate and as suspected this “policy” was a shady lie. My best guess is that they thought I should be paying more than $9 for coffee everyday and didn’t have a button to charge me more. Either way, they lie and make up fake rules because they don’t care about your experience, they care about sucking every single penny out of you possible.
