Starbucks — Restaurant in Charlotte

if i could give this starbucks zero stars, i would. I walked into target around 7:45 thinking they were open until 8:00 (because that’s what it states online) but noticed the lights were off and it looked like they were taking out trash (i was going to order a cake pop which doesn't require an oven or any of the machines, so as a barista myself, i was being conscious of this and how close it was to close). i asked if they were already closed, to which i was met with a response of "yes, were closed." from one barista and the other one yelling something to the effect of "yes were closed cant you see the lights are off? lights are off, nobodies home." Which as someone who has worked in the service industry a very long time, found that to be incredibly rude and uncalled for behaviour. i understand its the end of the night and you want to go home but that is very disrespectful - ESPECIALLY to someone who very politely asked you one...

Since the moment I arrived, the girl (I think her name is Gue) had a strange attitude. I asked for my order, but she kept acting like she couldn’t understand or hear me, asking me the same questions several times with a very rude and arrogant tone.

When I asked for the Banana Nut Bread, she said, “Wait, let me see if there’s more,” then took one out but threw it on the counter as if she was tired of her job.

I also ordered a medium cappuccino with whipped cream on top, but what she gave me was honestly a joke — the cappuccino wasn’t even half full, and even with all the whipped cream, it didn’t reach the middle of the cup.

When I pointed it out, she sarcastically said that the cappuccino was supposed to be like that. I really don’t understand how such an unprofessional person can work for such a well-known brand...

Yesterday morning was the worse service I've ever gotten from a Starbucks... When I walked in the server Danny had his gloves on, playing with his dreads and hat. As he was taking my order he was grabbing the cups around the rim where we drink... When I asked him to please change his gloves he smacked his teeth and got an attitude. When trying to inform him that it was unsanitary he continued to be rude.
