Not one that typically writes reviews however I would like to give ownership some constructive feedback and also let others know. I ordered from the website for delivery before 5pm. The order progress tracker stated it would arrive by 5:51pm. 30 min after placing the order the progress tracker had not moved from order received to pick up in progress. Out of concern I called to check if all was ok. Young lady was very pleasant and said my food just came out (5:30-ish) and she saw that it had been dispatched but not claimed. She asked for my number and said she would call me in 15 min. Never received a call so called them back. Young man this time and he said it just was picked up. Shortly after that I got a text from DoorDash saying food would arrive at 6:24. Mind you this would be an hour after I was told my food was ready. We have had horrible experiences with DoorDash and when ordering from their app we always opt to pick up. I call the DoorDash driver and asked for an update. He stated that he was on a double order pick up and was waiting at another restaurant for a second delivery he was assigned to. Nice guy, apologized but it just stinks because this is our first time ordering from Teriyaki Madness and won’t be able to enjoy the food hot. Been an hour since prepared.
Ownership please post on your site that you contract out delivery through DoorDash. If I would have known I would have picked up.
Those ordering, I would suggest picking up if you order online.

I left the above review yesterday and promised I would post again once I had eaten the food. The owner is correct in his response that the 2 star is because of things that may be out of his control.
The food was really good and we will definitely be going back, this time picking it up :-). My 7 yr old is the pickiest eater ever and she ate all her veggies, noodles and the egg roll as long as they had that marvelous teriyaki sauce on them. Read moreI only found out about this place through the coupon that was mailed to my condo about 1 mile away. I called my order in and went to pick up the food. The food was pretty good. It wasn't extraordinary, but it was pretty good.
The female cashier on 12/4/18 8:15pm gave me more ATTITUDE than food. She was rude and very ignorant in the transaction for no reason other than the fact that I had a coupon. She was anxious to tell me that my bowls were large and not regular, so that my coupon wouldn't apply, but realized they were regular. It took her a little extra time to apply the coupon, then she mumbled my total. When she gave me back change, I asked her what was my total. She replied," do you want your receipt?" in a very smart tone. When I said yes, she ripped the receipt off and slapped it on the counter and walked away. They weren't even busy.
Who the heck wants to get treated like this when they go to buy food? There is NO WAY that an owner should have this problem child working for them. And there is NO WAY that I'm going back to this place other than to use the coupons. Someone needs to teach this young lady a lesson about...

But the time kept changing. After 20 minutes, I called to see if they ever received my order. Someone said yes, my order was ready, but it had not been picked up yet. I told them the time kept increasing, and the guy acted like there was nothing he could do. So I called Postmates to see if they could locate the driver. After sitting on hold/on the phone with Postmates for 30 minutes, I found out TM has a contract with Postmates and TM would have to reach out to Postmates directly. I call TM, it has been 1.5 hours at this point, and finally the driver shows up. I ask if they can give me a refund for all of the hassle.
