Nice looking Park area. Parking is a bit dicey and confusing. Park on side street available and we were there to take some photos on the way to kids prom and there was a wedding going on there at the same time so can be a busy place. Be aware that all the parking lots that look like they're associated with that little Park are really parts of businesses around the area and a church and have Gates around the parking area in the parking on the street during week has tollways on hours. We were there on a weekend wasn't clear whether we had to pay for parking or not. We tried to pay at the automated meters where you can put in your license plate and pay with card but it responded couldn't process at this time. So we were never quite clear if it was free to park on the weekend or if the meters are just not working right the signage is...

Who owns this park; the city, county, private? They are demolishing this park for more development, states local news. Where is the public outcry? Where are the protestors? Where are the protestors going to hold their rally's? Doesn't anyone want to save the green space? The green way? Where are local residents, who bought close to the park, suppose to play and walk their dogs now? Does anyone want to save the trees? I read the previous buildings were demolished to create more green space. Now the greenspace is being demolished to create more buildings? What is going on? Who is in charge? Is this "world class"? Can you imagine if N.Y.C. demolished Central Park to create more buildings? Then demolished buildings to create more greenspace? They would be a laughing stock. Whoops. Is Freedom Park next?...

It is a park located right at the downtown. A pretty big park with lots of trees and huge space to walk or jog or run. kids play around. There is even a nice fountain at the center of the park and big pond with many fishes in it. It feels really cool near the pond when the weather is hot. The park is devoid of all the downtown traffic going around, you would never feel all the hustle bustle of the city here. Seen many people having small picnics, sitting and relaxing...
