The Palace — Restaurant in Charlotte

This place is a vibe! You pay for parking which is across the street or on the side. Pros: Everyone is chill, 30+ crowd. Lots of bartenders so doesn’t take long to get your drinks at the bar. The VIP room holds 6 comfortably and has it’s own TV with the game on. Lots of comfy seating in the open area to enjoy yourself. The attire was casual. Some jeans, cute top and flats. stopped in to try the hookah and pass time before a event. the male staff that answered the phone was polite but once we arrived the female staff ( short blonde hair and dark skin female with a bad wig) weren’t the nicest. if felt like we bothered them to come into the establishment they’ve chosen to work for. not one smile or any time of customer service. had to stand and wait to be addressed although we were the only people there. they smile/laugh more with their coworkers while smoking then the people spending money. didn’t try the food. good luck to...

The staff ugh lol the dark skin girl w the pixie is only attentive to the regulars. the new staff young girl w long curly hair , ain’t no better I got a hookah and repack and coal. I ask for one piece of coal she like I can only give you a repack. This why ya don’t get tipped bc girl what . I needed one piece bc ya gave me a giant hookah and not adequate amount of coal .
