Best suiting experience ever! After researching custom suit shops in Charlotte, I landed at LABEL to set up a custom suit experience for my boyfriend's birthday, and I couldn't be happier that I did. Austin went above and beyond throughout the entire process and was so easy to work with. From quick and clear communication, to making invaluable recommendations to my boyfriend when designing the suit, Austin and LABEL delivered 100%. With Austin's advice, and the superior tailoring and materials used, my boyfriend got the best looking and fitting suit he's ever had, and it was well worth the cost. as a lot of us do these days I thoroughly researched custom suit makers and ended up going with label. I made a call and spoke with Andy and his calm demeanor and extensive knowledge of measurements and fit made me even more comfortable.

the conversation with Andy was the beginning of an outstanding customer experience. I was pleased by many of the small and interesting custom nuances that label provides (magnetic collar stays, operable button holes on the suit jacket sleeves, a little fabric connector that keeps the half lining inside the suit jacket in perfect order, etc, etc).

when I went to pickup the finished product is when I really started to understand what "fit" really means and the more time I spend in the suit it only keeps getting better.

I’ve been going to Label for close to a decade. Marc Yerry is fantastic to work with. I’m not proud to say that I have a very “challenged” sense of style and Marc patiently works with me, provides suggestions, takes measurements and ensures the tailored clothes fit perfectly. As I’ve “grown” (or, less likely, lost weight), Marc re-takes measurements and Label has been able to make alterations to my existing Label wardrobe. They have a convenient location uptown but I believe they would come to your home/work, etc. Marc has been kind enough on occasion to meet me at my office to drop off new suits, etc.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Label, and Marc specifically, and encourage anyone that is thinking of going to tailored clothes (or currently goes elsewhere for the service) to reach out...
