Second time I’ve been to a Taco Bell and have had HORRIBLE service . Today I went to Taco Bell on emmet street where I asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito EXTRA MEAT , and a large nacho fry . COOKED FRESH , when I got to the window I said hello to cashier she didn’t say anything took my payment and shut the window. After given my food I said thank you , again NO REPLY AT ALL OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE TO ME ! I pulled off , checked my food only to see they did not give me fresh fries , they gave me some fries that seemed like they were redropped soggy and disgusting! All of the workers were looking at me with attitudes and only ONE WORKER offered to help me and acknowledged my presence . He then proceeded to get me some fresh fries , which he did . 5th street had to be my WORST EXPERIENCE. I literally get the same meal everytime I go , they gave me a burrito with no beef on it , only beans . I called they then proceeded to argue with me as if I was lying and would make a drive for no reason . I said I would show them , I went . The women in the drive thru at the time laughed in the mic when she realized it was me . When I came around she then proceed to say “this is the one we put a shit load of beef on” which was inaccurate, they took the burrito through the window . Passed it around , opened it up and said it’s beef in it “I’m not given you a remake, OR A REFUND” and shuts window in my face . This was supposedly the gm of the restaurant. You’ll have by far some of the WORST , UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING WITH YOULL . Should really work on training customer service , and the customers are right ! I’ve worked with taco bell . Also, I was told to ask for a specific number of sauces. For whatever reason this seems to help as promised.
Addition: Looks like one needs to download twitter to get help even though the owner can clearly see these reviews. This passing of the buck is probably why there is no communication or management accountability at the location.
None of my last three orders have been correct. I have been charged for additions I didn't get, I've had things made improperly, I'm currently looking at a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with less filling than a Jack in the Box 50¢ taco. Whatever you discuss with the order taker is not followed by the kitchen. No communication. NO MANAGEMENT! I'm sure their is a manager, but they aren't doing their job (says a restaurant manager).
All in all this is a TERRIBLE location where good staff are rare and leave quickly. Please do not give it your business.

I pulled up asking at 10:26AM if there was still breakfast, where the gentleman informed me that unfortunately there is no breakfast at this time, but it should be back soon and apologized. We also cracked some jokes and literally wound up laughing in the drive-through. It was clear that the female employee inside enjoying her break heard us too because she wound up laughing and looking through the window at me too. I pull up and the cashier (Charles C) asked me if I would like a drink on them since they did not have breakfast. I get my food and he informs me that they accidentally made two burritos instead of one, so now I am fed literally for the rest of the day or more. He made sure that I also had tons of hot sauce since the other Taco Bell in town (over at 5th Street) always forgets even though I ask multiple times.
