Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Chaska

I was really bummed because August 3rd was my birthday but I was busy yesterday so I lost my free drink because it's only good on my birthday they should give you like a 7-Day grace period! This Starbucks in Chaska in Target was on my way to my destination but I didn't know it was a Target so I was bummed I couldn't go through the drive-thru. The cashier was too busy talking about her college schedule to her boss, she wasn't paying attention to her customer aka my order or the register and I had to prompt her to get it done. I don't usually put ratings up. My drink was wrong about a week ago and I had left. At $5.85 I called to complain. Again not something I normally do. However, $5.85 for one drink. They were very helpful took my name and said the next one was on them. I went in to get my next drink on them and what I got one drink and back talk. Now I have worked in customer service; I know that people try to get what ever free, and if I was a frequent flyer ok. But I'm not. Nor, have I ever gotten anything free from Starbucks since I worked there 15 or so years ago! It left with a negative feeling and could be just what I needed to quit starbucks for good. What can I say about Starbucks... it's amazing! The workers there are nice (most of the time) and the food and drinks there are amazing! I will say some of the food is overpriced but I mainly just get the drinks here, but if you are looking for a cake pop or something I suggest going somewhere else! 😉 Anyways one last thing is that I am not really a coffee person but at Starbucks they have non-coffee drinks that are so good and now I can actually go to a coffee shop with my friends and not be the only one not...
