I went into this shop to purchase a Caliburn Uwell. Price came out to 43 dollars, which is absolutely outrageous compared to the price of this device in surrounding areas. Astonished, I made a few phone calls to various smoke shops to confirm. I discovered that this shop indeed charges at least 10 dollars more for the same product. I went into the shop in attempt to return it. I was informed it was against company policy, even though I had just been in there 5 minutes prior with the product still in it's original packaging, accompanied by a receipt. The store clerk threw a fit in front of customers, raising his voice and arguing that the price was the same as everywhere else. I understand company policy, however, I think in this given situation it comes down to ethics. Instead of attempting to make things right with me, the customer, such as offering another product at a better price, some sort of discount, etc. I left disgruntled and was sure to express that I will never make a purchase at this shop again. Businesses that grow and succeed do not operate by treating their customers like this. Poor management skills....

I did call and you know this because I spoke to you not your employees! Although as I stated staff was not the most educated, they were friendly and great. I hope they dont read your reviews to see you just blame them for your quick decision to tell me all sales are final on the phone before hearing my issue.
Unknowledgleble staff. All sales are final policy was the real kicker for me. Recently bought what I thought was single coil RDA. Got home and it was the dual coil model. My fault I guess for not checking but really wish I would have been notified all sales are final. Cant even return an overpriced RDA. Mods and atomizers are extremely overpriced and I thought what the hell help out the brick and mortar....not anymore. Sucks because the juice pricing is...

12/10/18 shocking I get a reply 3 months after the first review..... This is not the only bad experince I have had you one employee the girl does not know what she is talking about at all.. First off I got a coil that was never ment for my ecig which she claimed would work better then the one I had but was much worse. Then I went to get another coil just about a month ago wanting a bigger tank also she sold me a tank which didnt even fit and a coil that was too big. I did exchange them for 2 coils in the right size but she doesn't have the best customer service or knowledge in the ecig world. I'm sorry but I will take my business to Shakopee off 101 Fyi your employee over slept she even stated that to me. But also it shouldn't take 3 months to reply back to a review especially...
