If you have the option to go somewhere else for your pharmacy, you absolutely should. I was behind a guy who received the wrong medication and needed his correct medication but because he was charged for the incorrect medication could not pay for the correct prescription and the guy behind the counter basically said it was his fault as he should’ve double checked the work of the pharmacist. Then it kind of felt like he was kind of making fun of him to the next guy in line. I was told my prescription wouldn’t be ready for a few hours so I told him I’d be back the next day. I waited in the drive up for 30 minutes at a minimum only to be told it wasn’t ready. For obvious reasons I was annoyed. I live around the corner, it took maybe 2 minutes for me to pull into my driveway and walk inside. The second I sat down I got a notification my prescription was ready. It’s the blatant disrespect for me. I had already waited 30 minutes, if she had told me it was about to be done I would’ve just went inside, but she was annoyed that I was annoyed so she intentionally made it inconvenient for me. Today I went in after having dental work to pick up my meds and the dark haired associate couldn't of been more rude to me. She was flustered already trying to look me up and then when it was time to check out I presented her my goodrx coupons (like I do every other time) in which she did a huge sigh and said "I wish you would of showed me these at the beginning" I've never had to show coupons at the beginning it's always when I check out? They make sure that I have everything that I need and always makes sure that if it's a new medication they make sure that I understand if there's any reaction to another med that I'm taking and whatever side effects I might get from taking the new med. They have even been there when I called them and explained to me that I was having a bad reaction to a new medication and to call my doctor and or emergency nurse to see what I should do. I have been with CVS for over 10-15 years.
