Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I got a free small #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak Applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, white American cheese and ranch dressing on Parmesian cheese bread for my birthday. This is my second birthday I have gotten a free sandwich from them. It tasted wonderful and was perfectly made. Lettuce and tomato was very crisp and fresh. The bread was soft and tasty! I also got a free root beer and shared this meal with my daughter. Even the small [regular] is big enough for us to share! I love Jersey Mike's! The inside of the store was very clean. I called ahead but they had several custormers at 730pm on this Thursday evening. One was eating at a table. Everyone was wearing masks and very careful about using gloves [my server put on a fresh pair before handing me the cup for the soda!]. The floor was clearly marked at 6 ft intervals. I felt very safe and ventilation seemed pretty good at the Gunbarrel Store. It isn't very accessible as I had to step up on an about 6" curb but wasn't much of a walk from where I parked [at the end of the iron rail], which wasn't a handicapped space because I forgot my hanger card. Going inside restaurants is not very comfortable for me because how do you eat without removing your mask? I got mine to go and service was very quick. Servers were very cheerful and helpful. Every time I've been in this store has been a positive experience, and this time was just as nice despite this time of COVID. I'm sorry I don't have a picture for you this time. The girl working here may be the rudest most uncooperative person in the world. I’ve come here every year on my birthday for a free sandwich and I came today and she said “it looks like you don’t have any reward for a free sandwich” when my app says my birthday in it and I’ve gotten one every year. What’s up with that? Then I said i would just pay for it and I got a 6 inch with turkey and she tried to put bacon on it and i said i don’t want bacon and she said “well we go by the names. so you want a club sandwich without the bacon.” Like no I just wanted a 6 inch with turkey pickles and lettuce. So I drove 30 minutes to get my free sandwich on my birthday and ended up paying $12. Never will come back to...

Never a bad experience with food, very helpful and friendly staff(all) service plus impecable cleanliness(all my pet peeves are √and aced). I have somewhat stuck with my favorite hot Philly Cheese Steak with and cold toppings on the side...another item for me as a small side salad. I've never been a fan of the cold toppings on a hot sub. I never divulged why I'm asking. Guess that cat is out of the bag 😆. I just like hot foods hot. The hand cut fries...win win I am partial to this Hixson location and based my review from my visits here....
