Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Extremely disappointed. I called and placed an order at 9:30 with the understanding that they close at 10:00. I was only 5 minutes from the store so that wasn't an issue for me but it obviously was for them. I only ordered one item and once I arrived I realized they had to make more than one so I got two and expressed to them multiple times how thankful I was and that I appreciated them taking the time to make my order it being so close to time to close and that I did not want anything to go to waste so I spent more money to buy the other box. I got back home only to realize I had no filling in either just all bread and of course by now the store is closed and corporate was closed too. Not only did I spend more than I intended to but I got completely ripped off. The other associate in the store was walking around with ringing wet hair like she sprayed her self down with the dish washer hose or dipped her head in the toilet, Who knows!? It was disgusting and a real turn off to see that behind the counter. I've dealt with her in the past and she's so nasty and rude. I would have never went inside and got my food had I seen her from the parking lot but it wasn't until I paid that she came around the middle divide. This location needs to do better and have higher standards for your employees they are handling people's food and shouldn't be able to walk around looking like that. Each customer should be treated equal and you shouldn't skimp out on someones order just because you're ready to get...

Went in and ordered 2 cheese, 2 peps, and 2 crazy bread. Watched no less than 20 people come and go with 1 or 2 pizza orders while I patiently waited. They said I was only waiting on 1 more cheese. Then when it was about to come out, they started giving other people my pizza that was already ready! When I said something to them they said "don't worry, you're getting all fresh." I didn't need all fresh, I needed to get out of there and get back on the road. When my wife walked in and asked if the pizzas on the counter was our order, the cashier said it was but that it wasn't letting her scan the pizzas out and that she would have to do it manually. My wife told her she would have to do it on her own time because we had paid for our pizzas, watched 20 people come and go, and that we had places to be. The cashier claimed they had had a lot of online orders, which was a lie because I heard people coming in and placing orders and getting their food immediately. Will not be spending our money...

I love little ceasars! I also love that it’s a quick stop - however tonight, I am writing this review as I am in line - the longest I have ever waited in line at Little Caesar's and there are only two people in here. The one by my house is always busy and goes super fast. The customer service was not very friendly and the cashier & cooks seemed as if they didn't care if my money went to them or not. I even used a coupon for crazy bread and literally as soon as I gave it to the cashier - they forgot about it and rung it up without it. SMH - The place was clean and the food was good, so overall I would recommend but look forward to a better experience next time. Also - why do they only have 3 people working at 7pm???
