Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Hixson — Restaurant in Chattanooga

The 3 stars is not based on the food or staff. The overall design of the restaurant needs to be reevaluated. It was my husband’s first time eating here and won’t be back. Upon arriving we were offered a small menu that we feel we couldn’t comfortably look at as there were people behind us also trying to look at the same menu. The menu was in the corner and it was tight quarters. There should be a big sign on the wall this is a chain restaurant this isn’t their first opening. Then once you place your order the coke machine and the walk way is so close you once again feel uncomfortable filling up your drink between people walking to the restroom and the staff bringing food out. The corporate office needs to go in there and fix these issues of inconvenience for their customers. No one wasn’t to feel like they are rushed to order or feel that they are in the way when filling up their drink. I did a curbside pickup from Tiziki’s for the first time. It was a very seamless experience and I placed my order on the app. As soon as I pulled up and checked in a kind employee brought out my order. I got the fish plate with basmati rice and I substituted my salad for their potatoes. It was very affordable at only $12.99 I believe I paid and I left a tip as well. I have to say that my favorite part was the dill tartar sauce. It was delicious. Fish was very seasoned and cooked to perfection and the potatoes were amazing! The rice was good too and kind of had a lime flavor. I highly recommend 10/10 experience for me!!! I ordered Taziki's catering for my daughter's baby shower to be delivered the day of. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman that took our order at the Hixson location was so helpful and kind. He helped us make decisions and even gave us the opportunity to change the order depending on RSVPs. They kept in contact. There was a fraud alert on my debit card because of the unusual amount and they handled that perfectly too. The delivery drivers were awesome and so friendly. And the food was out of this world fresh and delicious. The final price with tip was better than I expected. I couldn't be happier. Hope to get to use the catering...
