Westside Pizza — Restaurant in Chelan

Westside Pizza makes good tasting pizza and that is it. We went there and ordered a pizza and they said it would take 30 minutes. While we were ordering my sister in law grabbed us a table so we would have a place to sit. The Table was greasy as well as the chairs. She cleaned it all up herself. You pay at the beginning and that's when they expect you to tip. When I paid, I asked if we could leave a tip on the table. I like to see how the service will be before I tip. They said that was fine. We went and sat down and then waited.... 30 minutes went by.... we kept waiting. Then after an hour our pizza finally came. It was good. Apparently you have to grab your own plates and silverware. Some of the waiters brought it out to their tables. Our waiter did not. We asked him if we could have some ranch he didn't answer us and then came back with 1 ranch cup for a group of 4. I went up and asked for more. They cost 50 cents. Ridiculous. We bought them anyways. Then we were never helped or talked to again. Long wait for pizza, terrible customer service, and good pizza....

I went to this pizza place during a slow summer morning where we came in to order a medium pizza and some bread sticks. The lousy emotionless cashier took my money. And we had a seat and waited for our order. While we were waiting I noticed a table over me had a half eaten pizza and some plates of a previous customer before us. Which we were only there for a couple minutes. We figured they would get it eventually. While we waited I went into the bathroom where the toilet was full.of toilet paper and obviously clogged. At this point it was already a bad experience. 20 minutes we recieved our pizza which surprising was really good. We got our pizza on time and by the time we were done we still never received our bread sticks. 10 minutes later we got our bread sticks. And had to take them to go since we were full off our pizza. In the mean time i.noticed two of the workers folding boxes while those dirty plates and half eaten pizza a table over from me was...

Went in with 3 others for dinner. Met with a "I wish you weren't here" attitude from staff. Ordered 2 pizza, 2 orders of breadsticks and some pasta. Everything arrived to the table staggered which was a little weird. Ie, one pizza and the breadsticks, followed by another pizza about 5 minutes later, and finally the pasta about 10 minutes after that. Pizza was good. Breadsticks were ok, but the marinara was horrible. Tasted like nothing and arrived to the table ice cold. Pasta arrived cold. Took back up front and asked for it to be heated up and she said she would remake it. We were all done eating about 15-20 minutes later and the pasta was barely coming out of the oven. I had them box it to go because I wasn't going to be able to eat it there and not once was any apology offered. There were no places to eat where we were staying for the night so we drove about half an hour to get to Chelan and chose to eat here. I wish we would have chosen...
