Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

Worst dunkin experience ever. Ordered on the app (this was my first time at this dunkin). Walked in to pick up my order (just one cup of coffee) and was met with an empty lobby, 2 employees and my drink wasn’t made yet. So I patiently waited a few mins while the 2 employees (an older man and woman) walk past me repeatedly while I stood there. The woman was wiping counters down etc while actively ignoring me. So when we finally made eye contact I stated “I have a mobile order.” She proceeds to yell at me “HOLD ON A MINUTE!” As if I hadn’t been waiting there for at least 10 mins at this point. Then I proceeded to watch her take and fulfill drive thru orders that literally came after mine (using old coffee from pitchers and a milk gallon that was sitting on the countertop for a while). I ended up walking out and putting a case in for a refund through the Dunkin app. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever received at any dunkin (and I am a regular at a few in my area) and don’t recommend anyone...

0/10 would not recommend. The hot chocolate, usually a comforting treat, lacked the expected richness and warmth. It tasted diluted, almost as if a mere whisper of chocolate had been introduced to hot water. This departure from the indulgent hot chocolate experience one anticipates at Dunkin' Donuts was quite noticeable.

Moving on to the bagel, the staleness was a prominent issue. The texture was disappointingly hard, giving the impression that it had been left out for an extended period (although I received my order at 7:30am). The burnt flavor added an unexpected and unwelcome dimension to the taste. It was evident that the freshness and quality of the bagel had not been prioritized.

In summary, the lackluster hot chocolate and the substandard bagel collectively made for a less-than-satisfactory visit. It's my hope that Dunkin' Donuts takes this feedback constructively, addressing these concerns to maintain the high standards we've come to expect...

This place got a facelift with updated building and drive thru but they never have any of the special donuts in stock let alone the special drinks at times and the people working here can barely understand English it seems. I’ve had numerous times my stuff was wrong at this location and they have lackluster customer service. It’s a shame as they aren’t far from me but I wait and go to other locations cause I just can’t bother. Assuming they got the stuff you want I have never had anything cooked improperly but yeah definitely other better locations for me personally. Update : Last time I was here the lady over the intercom rushed me and yelled at me to drive forward in the drive thru. So I did more than that and drove away.
