Came here on a Saturday for lunch with the family. The place was much bigger than expected and located in a strip mall. I read and heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Overall, it was a good experience, the soup dumplings were definitely the star. Besides the soup dumplings, we ordered scallion pancakes, cucumber with garlics, pan fried dumplings, and fried rice. Perfect amount for family of 5. The truffle and pork soup dumplings, along with their equally exquisite counterpart, the crab and pork soup dumplings, left an indelible impression that will keep me craving more. The truffle and pork soup dumplings were a true work of art. The thin, translucent wrapper was expertly pleated, encasing a tantalizing combination of finely minced pork and fragrant truffles. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water in anticipation. As I delicately picked up a dumpling with my chopsticks and took a small bite, the wrapper yielded to reveal a burst of flavors. The succulent pork, infused with the earthiness of truffles, danced on my palate, while the rich and savory broth inside added an unexpected depth. Each bite was a harmonious symphony of tastes and textures that left me yearning for more. Equally memorable were the crab and pork soup dumplings. These dumplings were a testament to the delicate art of dim sum craftsmanship. The carefully crafted wrapper held a filling made from a combination of succulent crab meat and tender pork, creating a perfect balance of flavors. The sweetness of the crab mingled beautifully with the savory notes of the pork, resulting in a delectable filling that was both light and indulgent. The soup within was a delicate and flavorful elixir, showcasing the natural sweetness of the crab. With each bite, I couldn't help but be transported to the seaside, with the flavors of the ocean mingling on my palate. Please be mindful that the broth in the dumplings can be very hot. The staff members were attentive and quick to assist, ensuring that my dining experience started on the right note. However, what truly captured my attention was the adorable robot server gliding effortlessly between tables, delivering orders with precision and a touch of novelty. The robot server was an ingenious addition to the dining environment. Its sleek design and seamless navigation added an element of modernity to the overall ambiance. It efficiently transported trays of food and beverages, ensuring that orders arrived promptly and accurately. Watching the robot gracefully maneuver through the restaurant was an experience in itself, eliciting smiles and curiosity from both adults and children alike. We will be back!!!

I wanted to love it here, but a mildly sour experience with a server left a bad taste in my mouth. My boyfriend had been craving soup dumplings, so we took the hour trip to Cherry Hill for authentic, delicious cuisine. The restaurant was clean and well lit. There was also ample free parking within a large mall. We were seated very quickly and given menus just as fast. Our plan was to order a veritable smorgasbord of food; we do not have very good Chinese cuisine - and definitely no soup dumplings - available locally to us. We are foodies and wanted to order enough to have a sampling of this & that as well as leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow. When our server took our order, she kept insisting that we ordered too much food. I explained why we ordered so much and she still said it was too much for two people. It was a little uncomfortable, but we laughed it off. Maybe the dishes we wanted taste bad? But when she returned the menu after placing the order, laughed, and said not to order any more food, I couldn't help but feel a bit put off by the commentary. It's weird. I know that I am overweight and I know that we ordered six dishes - but to tell us to not order any more food, that it's too much? Did she want a smaller tip? It was a head scratcher of an experience for sure. That being said - the food was brought out promptly and it was reasonably delicious. The red bean buffs are especially crispy, flaky, and good. Anything listed as "spicy" on the menu seems only mildly spicy to both myself and my boyfriend, but that's no complaint - everything was well seasoned and good. I ordered the lucky six sampler of soup dumplings and even the more adventurous flavors, like luffa gourd, were mild and palatable. The price was also right. We expected to spend in the area of $100 for six dishes and a tip, but the bill came in well below that. All this being said - I have no desire to return to a place of business that would scrutinize the amount of food ordered. Dining out is a piece of affordable luxury to me. It is a way to travel and experience new cultures without the price of a flight associated with it. Despite the flavorful food, inexpensive cost, and clean, bright atmosphere, the server's comments brought the experience down significantly.

This was my first time trying 小笼包 (xiao long bao) and my whole experience was so delightful. There's really such a glamorous atmosphere that aided the pleasant experience. There was also an open kitchen window area where you can see the trained chefs professionally prepare the food, which I thought added a good touch to the atmosphere as well. The menu was quite well varied with different styled dishes from China. I think most people can find something they will truly enjoy here. I definitely recommend anyone even considering trying this restaurant to go. You won't be disappointed. Scallion pancake with sliced beef 3/5- I love scallion pancakes, but primarily because they are crunchy and flavorful. The beef and sauce inside made it more soggy but definitely incorporated more chinese flavor. The outside crust was still flaky but it was quite greasy. The pancake dough did not have a strong enough flavor from the scallion either. Although I did enjoy it, I think that the traditional style scallion pancake would have been better. Xiao long bao 4/5 - it was my first time tying it and it was very delicious and flavorful. Having soup inside a dumpling was new for me but not bad. The first sip was really delicious but then started to taste a bit too acidic the more I tasted it. I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to taste. Regardless, it was all overall tasty, though I can't vouch for how authentic it is since I have never tried authentic ones before. It was well priced for the amount dumplings. If you have never tried them, you need to try it as it is their staple dish. When you sit down, there even is an instruction guide on how to eat properly eat them if it is your first time. Shanghai fried udon noodles 5/5-these noodles are probably the best noodles I have ever had. Sure, I haven't tried a large amount of authentic noodles, but it's not easy to come across a restaurant that cooks noodles as good as here. The meat was so tender and the soy based sauce was very rich in flavor. It very close to what most Americans know as lo mein but with far more flavor. The portion was fair for the price.

We arrived around 1:50-2PM for a party of 4. The restaurant was busy but we were luckily seated right away. The atmosphere was very nice! Definitely felt like an upscale restaurant. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Some of the staff speak Chinese and English if you’re bringing anyone who understands Mandarin better over English. There is a little robot that delivers the food right to your table (servers will put it onto your table). The menu is quite small but there’s rice, soup, and noodle dishes available. We got Pork Soup Dumplings (6), Crabmeat and Pork Soup Dumplings (6), and Pan Fried Pork Buns (6) for the table. The soup dumplings come in a bamboo steamer to keep them warm. There is a little tong provided to help take them out. Though I did feel like the soup dumplings lacked sufficient soup inside, the taste profile was good! Warning: they are HOT (temperature-wise)! Be careful of your first bite and the hot soup inside if you’re not used to eating soup dumplings. As for the pan fried buns, I was looking forward to them but was a little let down with the quite bland taste. Next time, I think we will just opt for the soup dumplings. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs for my entree. It does NOT come with rice, so you have to order a bowl of rice on the side (it’s a small bowl of rice). The dish itself comes with maybe 6-8 pieces of spare ribs and some bok choy. The presentation did not look too appetizing and unfortunately the taste wasn’t anything to write home about. I would suggest trying something else on the menu. Overall, I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were great. Service was very quick and there was hardly any waiting. The soup dumplings were good and I would recommend trying them out. I would definitely skip the pork buns and the spare ribs dish for other options on the menu. If you have a bigger party, definitely put in a reservation because this restaurant can get busy.

I gotta say I had an enjoyable dinner on Friday night with my friends. We came with a party of 12, including adults and kids. The service was good and quite accommodating to us. The restaurant designs the dumpling making area with clear windows so basically customers can walk up and see how the employees are wrapping the soupy dumplings right in front of their eyes. The food were not too bad. Some were good and some were alright but I might not order them again. My husband loves the truffle dumplings. It does have a strong flavor and taste to it. The crabmeat dumplings to my surprise was only so so. Some other places have better crabmeat dumplings in my opinion. I like the lease is the gourd luffa shrimp pork dumplings. The scallop & pork dumplings wasn’t bad either. I also tried their spicy beef & tripe, which came out no too bad. It is mild spicy. I didn’t get to try their spicy wonton but my friends did say they are good. Maybe next time when i return back I will order and give that a try. The Shanghai pan fried udon noodle was alright. This other place I’ve been to taste better. The pork chop noodle soup was a bit I don’t even know how to describe. So they serve the noodle and pork chop separately. Yes the pork chop is crispy and tasty but that makes the noodle were just in plain soup and a few veggies. I don’t even know if I prefer the pork chop in the bowl with the noodle and soup or not. And lastly, I tried their iced sweet soy milk. It is freshly grounded. Might not be freshly made when ordered, but you can tell they are grounded and not those you buy outside from the supermarket. Price wise I think they are average, not completely pricey to me. And another good thing is the big parking lot. Even with such a big parking lot, it can still be quite packed.
