Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Im giving a 4 star because I almost always have good food and service at Jersey Mikes. I ordered a timed order for 630 knowing I wouldn't be there until then and while I was on my way, I called to ask if they could put my subs in separate bags after they finish them. The employee responded saying he had already finished the subs but he guesses he could do it. I looked down at my phone and it wasn't even 6:12 yet. Which means my subs have been done since before that time. Even though my pick up time wasn't even for another 20 minutes.

By the time I got there; around 6:35 both of the subs were already cold. I have anxiety so I didnt bring it up on the phone or in person but I just think its weird that you would let my sub sit on the counter for over 20 minutes even though you say "I'll have that ready in 5 minutes" if you call in a pick up. If it only takes 5 minutes to make the subs why would you leave it on the counter for 20-30 minutes. I'll never place a timed order again. Thats for sure.

Two subs is like $30 something dollars before tip, which I did. If I wanted cold, cheap food I would go to subway but I don't. I spend the extra money to get good food and service which I normally get here but definitely didn't...

Sad to say I witnessed a MANAGER not being sanitary. I sat outside while my son and girlfriend went to order their favorite subs. The lady had gloves on that she used while writing their order with, wipe counter down, wipe hands on apron, then to slice cheese and then meat. I almost past out watching this. So I called spoke with another worker watched her inform her. Watched them try to seek me out, I'm right out front clearly in front of the window. She says ok as if she's aware and continue to attempt to serve my family this contaminated food. So I go in and ask if they 're really gonna serve them this after i tell u i see u. They tried to talk over me saying no one never complained. I'm like really are u the manager. Thought the one that answered the phone was. But the one who was caught red handed Was. OMG I SAID. She was proud to say it too. I'm to out done. And the store was nasty through the back. I just looked straight thru from where we were parked. People please be careful eating out. Very disappointed in this...

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. The store manager really needs to take some classes on customer service. My husband and I got two giant subs and one had mushrooms on it when that sub did not come with mushrooms. The other sub was supposed to have mayo on it and did not have mayo on it. The store manager tells me that she feels like she shouldn't replace the sub that was supposed to come on it because usually people have mayo in theor fridges. How completely unprofessional of her. She said that many people scam there and she don't believe she should replace the order. Then I ask what her managers name is and she refused to give it to me. I will never come back and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to never go there. How degrading can a manager be. It's a $13 sub people. Not a high end $100 plate place. So...
