Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Chesterfield

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I had a horrible experience with the Manager on Duty named Mike. I work at a hotel near this location and my hotel always recommend this location for delivery. When my co workers and I ordered a pizza, it arrived with a half eaten pepperoncini inside our pizza box. When I called the manager to complain about the half eaten pepperoncini, he was rude and unprofessional during the entire conversation. Mike, the manager on duty, said that they would NOT replace the pizza because we, as the hotel, are suppose to believe them that no on has bit off the pepperoncini and placed it into the box. Now, I do not mind taking someone's word for it, but if I were any of my guests, in my hotel, I would expect to have this LOCATION send me a new pizza for the inconvenience and the possible assumption that someone has already been given that pepperoncini. By the end of the conversation, Mike, the manager on duty, said he does not care that I, an employee of a hotel close by, takes their number off of our hotel's delivery list, and hangs up on me. AGAIN, I will never recommend this location to anyone for Delivery or for WALK-IN for the lack of proper customer service training in a food industry, especially being a manager. DO NOT ORDER...

I have ordered from this specific location several times. I always order online, the last 4 or 5 times I've ordered nearly exactly the same order and every time it's amazing. And at least the last 3 times I ended up being like 20 minutes late to pick the pizza up and it was still amazing. I always do carry out, and the curbside is simple. I park in the fire lane, just like their employees do , put my hazards on, and call the store. Sometimes it takes a minute for them to answer but then they do and they bring me my pizza. I prefer this location too. For a while I ordered from the store on Manchester Rd and every single time the garlic butter sauce tasted and smelled like fish. This location has good garlic...

Standard papa John's which means cheap pizza the day after a cards win. It's good pizza, but that's not the reason I'm reviewing papa John's. The reason I'm reviewing is because the teenager behind the register got confused and asked for help from the training manager as one would do when they are obviously new. The training manager, by the name of Brandon I believe, proceeds to shout and humiliate said teenager in the front of the store while he helps her to solve the issue. I truly hope that papa John's will keep their eye on him, as my brief experience in his presence was both uncomfortable and appalling....
