Arby's — Restaurant in Cheyenne

The guy at the window was great! He got my order correct and was friendly enough.

Food was not up to Arby's standards in my opinion, especially for the price. I go to Arby's when I don't want the cheaper of the fast food places, I am in a rush, just working a 12 hour shift at the hospital(this night) and feeling too damn lazy to cook or just want some potato cakes ( which I know they haven't had in a long time). So I get sucked in by the poppers and Mozzarella sticks, plus I'll add a meal.

Well, I got curly fries that seemed like they had been sitting under the warmer for too long. Overlookable, I don't need to be eating all of them anyways. I bite into my first popper and it's almost as if they took them out 1 minute too early, semi crunch outer, chewy pepper, but the cream cheese was piping hot, so overlookable again. Next, I bite into my Mozz stick and the same thing semi crunch outer, cheese was almost still coming out of the wrapper string cheese toughness, but hot to the center. Again, Overlookable. Time to eat my roast beef cheddar I open it to put some Arby's sauce on it, it's hard to take apart like the cheese sauce was glue and it had stuck that bun so damn tight to the roast beef I couldn't add my sauce on top like normal so I flip it over and the bottom bun is soggy(I'm thinking it's because I'm picky as hell), I'm at a point where I just want to be done with this meal already so I smack on the Arby's sauce put the bun back on take two bites and threw the sandwich in the trash where it belonged, probably an hour or two before they gave it to me. Don't come at me with the "Why not tell someone there?" The reason I didn't this time is that I just got off work after working about 12 hours so I was tired, even if I had called I sure as hell wasn't going to drive all the way back across town to get reimbursed, it was probably 715 pm by this time. Then they would have offered a store credit. Not going back there either because this is the second time I've had an issue here. First-time years ago, I called the manager and they took care of me because I got to the store late and was told their shake machine was broken and I just had some major dental work done and really could only have stuff like a shake and so I told the guy on the intercom nevermind I was going to go ahead and try somewhere else and just drive through because I wasn't going to order anything else. He piped back with some obscenities and told me he didn't care if I went elsewhere. The Arby's on college and the one on Yellowstone I have never...

On the evening of 15JUL2022, my family and I had just come from a drum corps competition. It had been raining most of the evening, so the competition was delayed a bit, so much so that we didn't get to this location until really late. We didn't pay attention to the time and we arrived about 6 minutes before they closed. We could have very easily been turned away, but they helped us out. They had to close the lobby, but we told them that we could take it to go. I mentioned to my wife that we were probably going to get food that was not the best quality because it was the end of the night. I was very glad to be wrong! Our sandwiches were hot and the meat was not old. The fries were piping hot out of the fryer! The lady who helped us (I couldn't read her name tag) was so friendly. As mentioned before, she could have very easily turned us away because of the time, but she helped us...

Incredibly long wait time at the drive thru for what seemed like simple meals - both for us and for the car in front of us (which was the cause of the delay). They only received one bag, not 15, so it was unclear what the hold up was.

Also, received fries that we never ordered, was not charged for them, but it was an inaccuracy. The delay through drive thru made it seem like our food sat there getting lukewarm and it was not at the temperature we wanted when we finally received it.The coke tasted watered down (like ice had started melting), but the sprite was great - cold and refreshing. The mozzarella sticks were cold which is a shame because the person who ordered them eats them first because she hates when they start to get colder because they are nearly inedible.

Ultimately, would return - its an arbys so my expectations are mediocre at best, and this sort of just brushed...
