I went in just for some small cheesestick. Waited patiently. Nice to employees. Complimented. They were very cool.Tipped. The one star is not against the employees, all 5. Onky for the supposed GM. While waiting in the lobby area. I'm hearing some guy complaining loudly about not getting promoted. Very unprofessional in front of a customer. My cheesesticks come out, and I go to the truck to take a bite. Completely un cooked and raw. Take it back in and show. Not complaining and courteous. The nice woman said, "That's not cooked." Then the same guy complaining about not promotes went off in a very unprofessional way. I had to say, "Sir, calm down. It's not a big deal. " Hands up like chill out. I even showed him. In culinary terms, this is called gunge. He specifically said we call it gell. I said so your admittedly saying it's not cooked."" So why are you yelling at a customer.
FYI, my second job that I had 20+ years ago was at Papa John's. Now I am Head Chef. I know food and the restaurant business. He made me and even the employees uncomfortable in that moment, after complaining he didn't promoted. I wonder why. Plus, the guy is the general manager at this store. Should definitely be fired for this demnor to a customer. Most importantly, doing this in front of younger employees and new to the workforce. That is not an example that should be set by any " supposed general manager." Even leaving out the door, he was still going off. Way better pizza places here and don't have to...
Read moreA couple weeks ago, they cancelled my order after having it wait for over an hour and a half, i tried to call the store, they didnt answer.
Next day i ordered, figured id test my luck again, maybe the system bugged who knows. My pizza was carried on its side, and smushed up. Went to call the store. surprise surprise, no answer, and they picked up the phone and set it on the counter at one point, so it wouldnt ring. (I know cause i was still on the line when they did that).
Went thru customer serivce, got 2 pizzas free. Great! I figured that should fix things up, gave them a couple weeks, tried to order agian. Oh hey i dont ACTUALLY have 2 free pizzas, because i have to call the store, and no surprise.... store doesnt answer. Its not a global offer i could order online, or thru the ordering service, so basically its not free pizzas for the screw ups. its just more dissapointment.... Read moreWe ordered from this location and I was tracking it all the way. It achieved the status of prepared but sat in that status for 20 minutes. We called and they wouldn’t answer, eventually they picked up the phone but wouldn’t talk and hung up on us. We drove to the location to find out what was happening. When we got there we found out our pizza wasn’t even started yet. The woman behind the counter stated it’s only two of them working and to be patient with them. I didn’t get irritated until she argued with me about the phone calls and how busy they were. They were busy but all we needed was a phone answered and some explanation given. She never apologized, I cancelled my order and and for a refund. I requested the manager’s name and she stated that she was the manager.
