Order 2 chx Original large meals wit dr pepper and cherry coke both no ice and one milkshake all modifications ignored and shake was mostly topping. Both chickens weren't fresh and used the smallest patties and one pickle per sandwich instead the xtra pickles i requested and it was a mobile order and it seems it is ok to ignore guests requests and they way they've made a kind and homeless and Clearly try and avoid dumpster diving at all costs unless necessary. He had mentioned to management he has hiv n can't take his medication without food ..which is important so he won't progress to AIDS and homeless instead of the opposite. I have stepped up all but the times when you guys lived up to the chk fil a esthetic of true kindness and community. Then most of the time, this manager with tanned skin and until he acted like the homeless man was just another homeless dude who's another addict and isn't very nice and just basically letting him starve for even longer and unable to take care of his health despite his situation. Too bad cus the manager was sexy until that. Also lose the entitled vibes altogether cuz if you wanna show the diversity your crew has and work better as a team that has good positive vibes, then it will make the guests feel chill and come back again. Too bad they have another reason for me to come back after the terrible service and sad...
Read moreI stopped on my way home from work /5/28/21 to this Chick-fil-A location, downtown State Street to grab something to eat. I was greeted by the security staff and shown my direction to the line to order. My time spent in line was quick as it always is at this location. As I was gestured to approach a register to place an order, I was politely greeted by Serena. Not only did she greet me, but she asked how my day was going. Where in a fast food restaurant do you get that kind of personable greeting? She was very genieune and showed empathy and appeared to care about my day. She exuded being very personable and had fantastic customer service. As I waited for my order, I watched her interaction with other customers and she was genuine and flawless. I too am in hospitality and know how stressful it can be to "be your best" when it comes to working with the public directly, so I appreciate being giving a heightened level of customer service. Serana IS the kind of person you want on your team, she IS the epitome of what phenomenal customer service should be. To the corporate offices at Chick- Fil-A, she is a DIAMOND! I HOPE SHE IS GIVEN ANY MOBILITY SHE DESIRES, as she can teach classes on what it is to give exceptional customer service! Serana... THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AND ALL YOU DO, ESPECIALLY DURING THESE TIMES!!!!...
Read more7/6/23 Chicken sandwiches and food are good, but the restaurant was very crowded and limited in space. Yes, there were plenty of places to sit and eat, but the tables were in close proximity and not friendly for people with disabilities as far as space goes. It's hard to maneuver walkers and rollators through the restaurant because the tables are so close together. But the place is clean, employees are friendly and courteous, and they get your order out fast.
Prices aren't too bad either, about $12 per meal. I have a bone to pick with their ketchup packets, though. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY! Their extremely hard to open, the tabs hard to pull off. If you look at the photo, it says the word "pull back and peel." I am sorry to say, there was nothing to pull back. The foil was completely flat. And the white tab at the end that you're supposed to pull off, was difficult to manipulate, too. I had to take a pen and stab the ketchup packet to get it open. Please bring back the old-fashioned McDonald's ketchup packets, the kind that you can actually open. These new packets look great; I'll give it that, they look jazzy and cool. But it does no good if you're fighting with it for ten minutes, especially if you're disabled, lack strength and have severe arthritis...
