Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chicago

In & out within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly & the place is clean as a whistle. Prices are reasonable, but be warned the prices are cheap because the proportions are small. 5/5 for customer service.

The chicken carbonara pasta really hits the spot with it's mushrooms, bacon, onions & alfredo sauce. Could it use a bit more chicken? Yes. 4/5

The parmesan bread bites are an ok attempt at making mini garlic bread sticks. They are a bit too airy on the bread side so frying them makes for a rather awkward crunchy experience. There's also a lot of oil. 2/5

The philly cheese steak is pretty lackluster in appearance alone. For whatever reason Domino's chose for a lazy panini style on their sandwiches which results in them being messy since there's nothing holding the ingredients in. The meat is also extremely salty & burnt to a crisp in some areas. 1/5

You'd think the pizza is where they would shine, but unfortunately while it is an ok pizza the pasta has the edge. The pizza is perfectly cooked with an abundant amount of toppings considering the price point. The biggest standout is the sauce. Big chunks of sausage are scattered throughout & the cheese is a golden brown. You can't ask for much more, but the flavor just isn't there. 3/5

Overall, there's are plenty of reasons why I stopped eating Domino's almost a decade ago. The sandwiches are horrid & still burnt to a crisp. The pizza is solid, but there are plenty of better options. All the other options on their menu are hit & miss. Everything Domino's carries is done much better at other places, but you'll be paying more at those places too. If you're strapped for cash & there are no other viable options then Domino's is the place.

So far so good. The only dominos I trust. I usually get the wings habanero mango or plain. I like the philly sandwich. The Salads are pre packaged, I love that for safety. Pizza is still dominos. I don't care for that thin crust. It tastes odd and flat like it is. Other than that. We Pick up it's usually what we expect from dominos so far they haven't let us down. My husband likes the chicken alfredo pasta. It's okay kinda bland but cool for kids. I guess you can't write more than one review so I'm adding how much I love this domino location for pick up. I order online and prepay. Hubby pics up checks orders. About 5 plus more orders in now and it's always good. I usually get the Cheesy bread over the pizza it actually has way more flavor. They should allow us to add veggies to the Cheesy bread that would be awesome. Besides loving the Pepperoni Cheesy bread over their pizza. We get the bbq wings harbanaro wings always delicious. I like that the salads are prepacked. I get those. My husband likes the chicken Alfredo pasta. I'll get the philly or chicken habanero sandwiches. They are pretty tasty. Fourth time in a row my order is over an hour late or just not here. Marked as delivered on the app and I didn't have my food and that was the third time in a row. I'm frustrated with myself for coming back but I like dominos pizza. This order even included a comped pizza from the last time as an offer because that order didn't go how they wanted. I wanted to pay for my food and receive my food, not get free cold pizza and hot salad. What compelled me to leave this is that I find it dishonest to keep marking my food as delivered when it's not and when I haven't been contacted. I wouldn't recommend ordering here with so many other options nearby.

Update: as of 2/7/21 I've given this place a few more chances and they have gotten it right a few times. improvement still needed with consistency but things have moved in the right direction here. I still consider alternative options a better choice in the area and for what it's worth the delivery drivers are always very kind and...
