The young Indian girl needs some talking to cause her fake smile and poor attitude towards certain customers is appalling. The manager is active on things when involved cause I have been here like 4-6x and she always has this negative energy especially when trying to use the app. I don’t have to rush my order just because you guys like the get in get out vibes😒
The manager assisted us nicely with an app reward and he was nice but the girl will look at you funny and give her co-workers a look cause you said you don’t want to make a donation or ask her for assistance with your Dunkin app
And today 11/1/24 the Spanish short lady had nasty attitude with me cause she was bagging and exact order like mine just because a police offer was right infront of us and I had to check her like because you SEE HIM?! And then another customer there also said the same thing that they always have attitude

Update (1/11/20, not about the business itself, it's still perfectly on point for a Dunkin Donuts): I was walking my (very old, blind, deaf, frequently sickly [with Cushing's, mainly]) cockapoo from my apartment on 18th to Metropolitan Veterinary Clinic on 16th, across the street from this Dunkin Donuts and I'll be darned if a good samaritan purchased a coffee and donut and brought it to the vet with instructions to give it to me. I appreciated this!! The past few months with this old dog have been difficult (in November, I thought euthanasia would come before the end of the year) but he's improved significantly (Metro Vet diagnosed an infection that my prior vet... seemed to have overlooked) and has at least one more summer in him, hopefully.

Read moreNormally this is my go-to spot for morning coffee. The last 3 times I've gone in I have had to abort ordering because of personnel issues, either the owner is arguing with the employees or the employees are arguing among each other. Today it was a shift change and the employees couldn't clock out while also ringing in orders. The employees were very angry that they were about to miss their bus and the long line of customers was upset that no one was being serviced. Disappointing as it is a very convenient spot for coffee.
Every time I go in this place I get more and more frustrated! There are 4 people working in the morning and the only one doing anything is the manager.
He needs to delegate better; have 1 person taking orders and making coffee while the cashier just rings.
