From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was delightful.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the flavors were incredible! I couldn’t resist trying their signature Piña Colada, and it was pure tropical bliss in a glass. The perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess transported me to a beachside paradise. It was truly a refreshing treat.

And the Tiger lamb burgers… Oh, where do I even begin? They were mouthwateringly delicious. The patties were perfectly cooked to juicy perfection, and the combination of spices elevated the flavors to a whole new level. Each bite was a burst of savory goodness, and the accompanying toppings and condiments complemented the lamb beautifully.

But it wasn’t just the food that left a lasting impression. The stunning beachfront view added an extra touch of magic to the dining experience. The soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore combined with the warm breeze created an ambiance that was both relaxing and invigorating.

Overall, this restaurant in Chicago truly exceeded my expectations. From the exceptional service to the scrumptious Piña Coladas and mouthwatering lamb burgers, every element contributed to an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re looking for a beachfront haven with delectable food and top-notch service, I highly recommend paying this place a visit. It’s a true gem on the Chicago...

Restaurant Review: Whispers at Oak Street Beach

Whispers at Oak Street Beach in Chicago is an incredible restaurant that combines stunning beachfront views with mouthwatering food and drinks. Located right off Michigan Avenue, this hidden gem offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that is perfect for a memorable dining experience.

The vibes at Whispers are on point, creating a lively and upbeat ambiance that sets the stage for a fantastic night out. The music adds to the overall energy, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere that will make you want to stay and soak it all in.

Now, let's talk about the food and drinks because they are simply awesome. The star of the show for me was their steak sandwich—it was absolutely mouthwatering. Juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, it left me wanting more with each bite. And let's not forget about the drinks. Whispers offers a great selection of cocktails that are expertly crafted and sure to impress. They perfectly complement the delicious food and add an extra layer of enjoyment to your dining experience.

What sets Whispers apart, though, is the incredible view. Whether you choose to sit indoors or on the outdoor patio, you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the city and the beach. It's the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal and adds an extra touch of beauty to your...

I used to like this spot until yesterday. I was charged almost $400 for the entry fee for my family that's supposed to be $135. I immediately notified the hostess; she informed the manager, who then contacted someone she referred to as the boss man. However, they all stated that there's nothing they can do about it. The manager and the lady at the door were extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. One even said she doesn't care, and the other simply walked away. I tried to ask the security guy at the entrance, from whom I had previously inquired about the price, and I saw one of the same rude ladies signaling to him not to respond. The money was not the problem; I could buy the whole company if it's for sale. However, being charged more than $260 beyond what you bargained for and witnessing their deception was horrendous.

They even called security, and a gentleman who was much more understanding arrived. I explained the situation to him, and he understood. He said that it doesn't make sense for me to be charged for something I didn't order. He proceeded to issue a refund for the difference.

The entire encounter wasted my time and ruined...

Hot mess express. Though there’s no other options in the immediate area so you just go with it…. Sign posted / google / and website said opens at 11. Us and 10 other people are there waiting for the minute. Staff said they would be open at 11:15 (ok sure … they maybe are just behind - it’s a small seasonal business!) 10 min go by they say you have to now go through side entrance which had all of us walk between 2 Port-a-potties to walk into the bar. Host was friendly, but when asked if we had Reservation we said no so did all the other 10 people … we were asked to cram into 5 tall bar tops where all the stools touched cause how crowded it was while 20 plus tables remained open. We were there for over an hour and only 1 table was sat while every table was vacant. The table had no QR code or physical menu… we went up the bar , no menu and all 3 card readers stopped working… 2 shots were $1 more expensive than 2 drinks ? Idk what happened there.

Located at oak Street views with amazing views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline, this place is welcoming for walkers, bikers and beach goers. We were warmly greeted and seated at a lakefront table. The tables are surrounded by beautiful vining flowers which were in full bloom during our visit. The service was very good. The prices are a little steep but the location and the city share demand it. We had the beach burgers , which arrived hot with melted cheese, plenty of toppings and a generous side of fries. They were delicious. Other sandwiches and entrees were also available. We didn’t drink since we were navigating the bike path, but there is a fully stocked bar and plenty of drink choices. Overall, a great place for drinks, meals and people watching.
