I used to like this spot until yesterday. I was charged almost $400 for the entry fee for my family that's supposed to be $135. I immediately notified the hostess; she informed the manager, who then contacted someone she referred to as the boss man. However, they all stated that there's nothing they can do about it. The manager and the lady at the door were extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. One even said she doesn't care, and the other simply walked away. I tried to ask the security guy at the entrance, from whom I had previously inquired about the price, and I saw one of the same rude ladies signaling to him not to respond. The money was not the problem; I could buy the whole company if it's for sale. However, being charged more than $260 beyond what you bargained for and witnessing their deception was horrendous.

They even called security, and a gentleman who was much more understanding arrived. I explained the situation to him, and he understood. He said that it doesn't make sense for me to be charged for something I didn't order. He proceeded to issue a refund for the difference.
