Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chicopee

UPDATE: JUST STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! The owner reached out mailed us some coupons with his name on them after our last bad experience. The food still was subpar. So we stopped ordering for like a year. The new stuffed crust came out we wanted to try. First the pizza had SOOOOO much sauce it was gross I mean sopping. My wife ate half a slice and was done, I choked down 1 and a half. The pizza was cut all sorts of messed up also so you had huge slices and 2 tiny baby slices. The stuffed crust the cheese is super bland super gooey. They try to cover that up I guess with the garlic parm on the crust maybe i dont know. Any way this place has super high turn over with employees, the employees they do currently have don't know how to make food the onions looked like a toddler was helping mom or dad cook that night super tiny pieces giant pieces some onion skins... the food they do make is awful. I mean with all the ingredients done layed out for you. Really just how hard is it to make a pizza. You'd have to put more effort into making it bad than making it good imo.

This place has gone so downhill. The food is awful just awful. The employees could care less about the food that's being made. For several months the food we've gotten seems like it was made by a child. Our last pizza had enough sauce and cheese on it to MAYBE cover half of an english muffin pizza. Stay away from this place. We will never waste our money here again. I wish we took a photo before...

This dominos location cannot remove its head from its butt. Ordered online. They have the tracker and the store number listed. Checking on the tracker, it says my order is complete. But I don't have it, no one showed, no one called. Ok, called the number to find out what happened, is it coming, did i get charged for a pizza I didn't get, etc. The number only has the options for an "automated order taker" or to place an order. Ok, I hit place an order just to speak to a person. The person who answers barely speaks english, and says, this isn't the store location I will transfer you. They hang up on me. Tried again, got a different person, also said they needed to transfer me, hung up on me again. In the mean time, the driver appears at the door. The order is wrong. It has garlic on the pizza, which I specifically requested they NOT put on there. Can't call the store, because the number listed only sends me to this call center, which hangs up on me when trying to connect to the actual store. What happened to dominos? Your super-corporate customer service is super confused and it seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Then the food is wrong when it gets here, and how to I talk to someone about it? Can't because the only phone number is to this call center, apparently in India. DONE WITH DOMINOS. Don't bother, or if you must, go pick it up and check it before you leave. Crap ass customer...

Waited over an hour for my food. I asked for my pizza to be well done and cut square. I have a slight case of OCD and I don't eat pie cut pizza. I only eat square cuts. So unfortunately I didn't eat the pizza. My son did. I made myself a sandwich. Needless to say the pizza wasn't well done and the pizza was cut pie style. And I never received any of my sauces. When I called to tell them my order was wrong they told me, they can't do anything because my pizza was cut wrong. I told them my pizza was cut wrong and it is not well done and I have no sauces that I paid extra for. She told me she'd have a driver bring me my sauces and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and definitely surprised at the customer service. Then when the driver came he said, you really called and complained about sauces. If I pay my hard earned money. I want it done my way as Asked. I am the customer and again it is my money. super super...
