Arby's this was delicious, the two employees working while I was in there were so very welcoming and friendly.
The only drawback was the Arby's being in the same building with the Love's truck stop. I'm typically a fan of all Love's truck stops, but this has employees two of the nasties attitude women too work over nights. They scoffed at me for attempting to join in on banter as one of the employees was dancing. At first a there was a light heartedness swimming throughout the atmosphere, at which time caused me to experience a happiness that Taco Bell has closed up for the evening 15 minutes prior to my and my furry pal's arrival. Then they both proceeded to make comments to each other under their breath, and continuously shows me of their disapproval of me. I sat on the parking stop while I ate my very late meal from Arby's and also fed my dog. In the thirty minutes from the time we pulled into the parking lot, ordered, used the restroom, ate our food, and allowed my dog some leg stretching time and a chance for her to potty also, these ladies certainly should have been able to busy themselves with Love's truck stop's duties/chores/assignments, instead of making it their personal mission to be rude to one of three of Arby's customers. Yes, Arby's had three customers utilizing their services at midnight, while the larger part of the building that belongs to Love's truck stop had only one customer for the entirety of my visit. I would have ran out of gas before I spent a single cent in that Love's. I don't believe in all of my endeavors traveling, have I ever met a Love's employee that acted in such rude, uncivilized fashion. I can see why the majority of the customers entering the building were only there to patron the Arby's business/professional side of the building.
Grow up you two ladies. I know you both range in ages between mid 40's and early 50's. Treat people with the same type of friendly, customer service you expect to receive when either of you are on the receiving side of the fast, friendly, smiles that go along with good customer service with happy guest and positive experiences. You both acted like the "mean girls" who are never nice to anyone except each other. This is life, not...
Read moreI'd give this place 0 stars if possible. There were 3 other people in there but we had to wait for our food-- and they got the order wrong! The eating area was disgusting. There was not one clean table, the trash cans were full, the floor was nasty, the drink bar hadn't been wiped all day and they were out of napkins. The staff was just standing around doing nothing. When we asked why it was so awful, the manager just looked at us like we were crazy. Worst experience ever...
Read moreI haven't been to an Arby in years. Stopped by while traveling and tried the gyro greek and chicken Mediterranean wrap. Both were fresh and the customer service was friendly and thankful they were open on Christmas Day. Only reason I gave it 4 stars because the table where I sat at wasn't clean. But since I was on a road trip, I didn't really have another option. Still was satisfied. Would not hesitate to stop by another time if...
