Starbucks — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Employee's are rude. I've been there many many times haven't had a nice one yet. Just left same experience. All the employees did was complain about how awful it was and how short handed they were. I wouldn't go but the next closest Starbucks is Athens for me. Athens has never been rude!

Update: I've been here several more times since my last review, Today was one of those times. I don't know why I continue to go here. I love the drinks but the staff are absolutely miserable! It's not just a few of them because I'm not here on the same days or times I have had several different employees. They all complain about their job or supplies they have or don't have. Today the lady in front of me wanted extra caramel in her drink and they told her no because they are almost out. WHY is a Starbucks almost out of caramel when it's in several drinks? Their station is never clean and it's cluttered. Today I ordered a drink I have had a 1000 times white chocolate peppermint mocha today it tastes like it's all peppermint so much so I can hardly drink it (I'm going to because its a 5.00+ cup of coffee) I don't think there is any hope...

Horrible service, went there yesterday and was greeted with "were closed for 15min" then the other server came out of bathroom and was told by the other server that she has a customer to tend to. I finally got our order in and it was good, so I took a chance on going back for the same order I put in yesterday. Different servers this time and was advised right off the bat that they wouldn't make my drink for me because it's on the "secret menu" and they supposedly werent allowed to make them, i think they just didn't even want to look up how to make it, we left and decided to go to the Starbucks 2miles away in the village and was greeted with "I will Absolutly make that for you" with no hesitation. Won't ever go to this...

My drink wasn’t made correctly (and wasn’t even full) but I didn’t complain because I was in a hurry to sit down and check my emails. The next woman’s drink was also incorrect and when she commented on it, I couldn’t believe how rude and condescending the employee was. What’s worse, after the woman left - the two employees spent the next several minutes loudly complaining about her and just generally being incredibly unprofessional.
