I was very frustrated with our order and ordering process. I called my order in for pick up. I mentioned that I was going to get pizza and chicken wings. I informed the order taker that I had a coupon for a med pizza (3 toppings) with 10 wings. He told me he could get me that for 5$ so i ordered 2 pizza and wings and a dinner salad. He charged me 36.?? Dollars(my bill should have been 24.??(according to the order taker and cashier) and when I questioned him he seemed confused. So I figured I would plead my case when I was there(even though they charged my card). When I tried to explain my problem to the manager (which the order taker confirmed the mistake) the night manager said that I got what I ordered and already agreed/played the price, so there was no problem. I offered for him to just give me a 5$ credit on my next orde(less then half of what I was owed) To make matters worse when I took my order and unpacked when I got home there was no receipt in the bag so I no proof of the details of the order to dispute with corp.. I stated to the manager that the worst part of this mistake was that he stated that the fault was mine for agreeing to the order. And I feel that is bad management...
Read moreI really hope that TOMMIE, who I was told is the General Manager, sees this. Your female manager that was working this afternoon (March 30th, around 2-3p) is freaking lousy. I ordered three pizzas for delivery and the quality was terrible. I called immediately after my order was delivered and was told that I couldn’t get a refund but I could have a credit applied to my account for that location specifically OR they could remake my order. I opted to have my order remade since we’re not going to be here very long. I received pizzas that had pineapple and jalapeños inside the box. I ordered two pepperoni and one cheese. Why offer to remake my order and it’s a lower standard of quality than the first order I received?! I’d like to be contacted about this. I would have rather just had my money refunded and returned the pizzas.

I tried to call them to cancel my order, of course no one picked up the phone. Tried to cancel on the app, and was told that I had to call them in order to cancel. I tried calling several times and they never answered their phone. My wife called on her phone too and it just rang for 30 minutes, then it just hung up on her.
