Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Chino

The food is good reasonable prices the staff is always polite and welcoming, the restaurant is always clean and the orders come out quick . Last night at about 12:15 am something terrible took place there was a huge fight one group of young kids walked in minding their business trying to order when another crowd of young kids followed them in to the restaurant and out of nowhere started attacking the previous group . It was certainly chaotic chairs was being thrown everywhere second group of kids decided it was ok to attack one of the kids in the first group they was trying to pin him down to the ground luckily he was able to get up by the fight quickly took a turn for the worst a car that was parked outside got some damage. The whole thing was horrible. We called the cops my husband wrote down the description of the the kids that was harassing the other group . At the end of it all someone who was part of the fight called the cops claiming there was a gun involved. Many of the kids left in their vehicles , others came back laughing watching from a distance one kids snatched the jewelry from the kid that was being attacked. I made sure we spoke with the cops gave them full description of it all . I pray the kid who was attack is safe and I pray there's justice for him. I hope those kids who brought harm to this stablishment know this isn't right and karma is a thing. Disappointed to see how this...

To start my sister-in-law thought that it would be a good idea if we as a family ate out, their was 7 of us, so there was a lot of food being ordered as a big family. We waited 30 minutes until I decided to get up and ask where my sister order and why was it taking so long, one of the workers came and asked to see the receipt and took it, so we didn’t know if he was going to help us or just say later on that we didn’t have a receipt because he never came back to tell us what he was going to do. So another 10 minutes went by until our food came and the gentleman with the Philippines 4 1-3 tattooed on his arm, was really polite and apologetic about what has happened to the order ask if we needed anything else, he also ask to see the quality of the chicken and took two pieces of chicken back and replaced it with fresh breaded chicken. This guy I would just give him all the stars, but when it comes to big family crowds, they should be more prepared so this won’t happen to any other big families or big parties. If I could leave it no stars I would, I thought I lived in the GEHHTO until me and my friends/coworkers pulled up to this Canes. They messed with my order and treated me and another person from my group like dogs. I’m never going there again. We came 15 minutes before 3 am because the Canes in City of Industry’s dine in was closed. They were all so unprofessional, we deliberately wait to eat this as a treat and they proceeded to capital F it all the way up. I felt embarrassed for them in the sense that that’s the crew that represents the company. I’d like a refund they would raise the music up and down, they turned off the light on and off in the sense of telling us we weren’t welcomed. We stayed until closing. I saw them serve other people their food. It sucked seeing others get their food on time while mine was deliberately trashed. Most Gehhto Canes I’ve ever presented myself too.
