Not good. Our waitress was late to work so we had to wait to be seated for 15 minutes while the co workers kept asking where she was. When she finally got there, we were seated in an empty section of the restaurant. Three other families were soon in the section also. We were given menus to make our selections. What I ordered from the menu was country fried steak which really looked good in the picture. It had fried rice and broccoli on the plate also. She (Megan) asked what sides I wanted to go with my meal. I ordered applesauce and coleslaw. I knew it was a lot of food but figured what I didn't eat I could take home. My husband ordered a hamburger with ketchup only with a side if fries. Also ordered diet drinks. When the food came, it was not as pictured. I got county fried steak and garlic bread. I ordered this because it looked so appealing. What a disappointment. My husband said his burger was good but not worth 13.00. Our drinks were glasses filled with ice with very little diet cola in them. When we asked for a refill it took a long time for her to return with them. We had not been to Eat n Park in this area for a while. We were not aware that we had to pay for every thing separately. You menu was very miss leading. Our bill was over 35.00 which was high for 2 meals. Considering one of the meals was a hamburger. Won't be returning soon. We did notice on our way out how empty the rest of the restaurant was and still had people waiting to be seated. Maybe the staff should quit talking together and do what they are supposed to do. After all, isn't the customer...
Read moreI go here often with my friends every couple of weeks. The service is usually nice, however the last visit we were treated horribly. My family likes to blow off steam joke and have a good time like any other group of people. We'll this new waitress seemed to not like how we held our selves. So instead of being cautious as one should she said to the waitress she is going to spit in our food. After her yelling over to us that she hopes we enjoy the taste of it. (Not being grown up enough to walk over and address her issue like and adult.) Once our food gets to our table she looks over from the counter she hid behind and smiles deviously. Asking us from a far do you like our new ingredient. At this point our table decides to not eat our food and leave because what is 11 dollars each (we make more then that)so it's not a big deal. The waitress is brunette young ish looking and works closing shifts on Friday. I do not and will not ever recommend this place again. They spit in food and haras the customers and cussed very loudly infront of other customer while calling us retarded. That is hate speech. The male employee who normally cooks yet was waiting today had told us to go step outside to fight us while saying we need to grow up when we were just enjoying ourselves as young...
Read moreWhen it comes to a satisfying meal at a reasonable price, Eat-N-Park hits the mark perfectly, especially for families involved in baseball tournaments. After a full day at the ballpark, we decided to stop here for a bite before heading home, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.
Our server was exceptional, a friendly and attentive young man who made sure everything went smoothly. Despite nearing closing time, he graciously encouraged my husband and son to enjoy the salad bar, which they appreciated. The salad bar remained open about 30 minutes past closing and was impressively well-stocked and clean throughout.
The highlight of our visit was the new bacon jam burgers, which both my husband and son ordered. They were delicious and generously portioned, offering excellent value for money. As part of the meal deal, we also indulged in milkshakes, which were a delightful treat for the ride home after a long, hot day.
I opted for the Italiano grilled cheese, and it exceeded my expectations with its savory flavors and ample serving size. In fact, I had enough to take half of it home.
Overall, Eat-N-Park provided a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service, making it a memorable and satisfying end to our day at the...
