The Cell Surgeon — Local services in Chippewa Township

I was a little nervous about not going directly to an apple store for my phone repairs, but I must now say, this place is that place to be for your phone! The Cell Surgeon knows exactly what is going on and is so friendly to boot! I was quoted over $110 at apple and $90 at Asurion and had to deal with both of their non-human bureaucracies which was a pain in the you know what. This service engineer did not make me wait; he deduced my problem and replaced a battery all within 15 mins! And, it was all performed for about half of what the other were gonna charge me. Additionally, he helped a couple of other walk in customers at the same time! My iphone now works perfectly and I am glad I found this place on google maps. One hint tho, use the simple scheduling app on the website to make a time so you won't have to wait to get your problem solved. Big thanks Cell Surgeon! I managed to shatter the back glass on my phone and was leaving to go out of town in 2 days. I tried to reach out to several places and Chad was the only person to return my call. He was able to order the part needed to repair my phone and have it the next day. The next morning he called to tell me the part was in. Superb service! I had cracked the screen of my iPhone SE 2020 and The Cell Surgeon was able to fix my phone on my way home from work—super convenient. The “Dr” examined my phone and diagnosed it with just a cracked screen protector so that was a nice surprise!
