Arby's — Restaurant in Christiansburg

Today was my first time ever going in there I never been in any Arby’s I was exiting going over there drove 20 minutes to get the new popular meal the spicy sandwich Diablo they didn’t have it so I said let’s try the buffalo sandwich then she said that they have a regular sandwich then I said that’s fine I’ll take the regular buffalo sandwich and a side of mac & cheese and a small Coke I went to the window she was super nice nothing happened I took my food I gave her my card and as I drove off I stopped in a parking lot to eat and I’m opening the bag normally I found the mac & cheese too cold to eat I can’t even taste the flavor you know I open the sandwich the chicken also was cold not sure what happened not sure if it’s just sat there and got cold then they give it to the customer like that or the warming wasn’t on at least but that was my first time and it will be my last because I expected something else but np hope they get better for...

Overall Arby's food is enjoyable. This location was extremely slow. When I walked in there was no one in line and I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes waiting for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge me. Then once he did I noticed that his name tag said shift leader, WOW that's scary. I certainly don't want him working for me. The guy who came in after me waited about 5 minutes after I was done placing my order to be acknowledged. Then I go to get my drink and the drink station was disgusting, stuff spilled all over it. Two employees came out from the back filled their drinks and completely ignored the mess that was there. Next I sit at a table and look over to see filth and garbage all over the dining room floor. Very disappointed with this Arby's. Got a chicken sandwich and it was over cooked and burned. Went in and said I hated to ask but could I get a sandwich that wasn't burnt to replace that one. The drive through girl got a visible attitude and went to the manager. The manager then got an attitude and was very loudly talking badly about me bringing the sandwich back in. The whole time they were making the sandwich they we complaint about having to make the sandwich. When the counter guy gave me the sandwich I told him I was sorry and asked him to apologize to the ladies in the back for me.
