Visited on 2/1/25 I ordered curbside pickup, arriving about 5-10 minutes after the time the app said it would be ready. I called the store for them to bring my order out and they didn’t answer. Not a big deal, so I called again a few minutes later and still no answer. I decided it would probably be faster to just walk inside to collect my order. Upon walking inside there was a customer covered in blood all over their face, sitting at one of the seats right at the entrance. I felt a bit uncomfortable but walked inside anyway since I had already paid for my order. I waited a few minutes for someone to come up front so I could inquire about my order. An employee finally came to the front so I told them I had an order to pickup along with my name (this is about 20-30 minutes after the time it was said to be ready). They told me it probably wasn’t ready yet and didn’t even look to see if it was ready. I sat down inside for about 15 minutes waiting. During this time, multiple cops came into the building to speak with the customer who was badly bleeding. About 10 other people were waiting in the lobby as well either to be seated or to pick up their food. Customers dining in that had already been seated came up to say they needed to pay so they could leave or complained that they had been waiting for prolonged periods of time to receive food. I eventually left after a while because no employees acknowledged me, nor were they acknowledging anyone else. All I got was a short stack of gf pancakes which I was never refunded for, nor did I ever receive it. I understand that there was something going on where someone had been injured, hence why I was even willing to wait for so long after my order should have been ready, but there needed to be someone up front, or even just a sign, that could have told the customers their order was going to have to be cancelled and refunded and that they couldn’t service anymore dine-in guests at that time. It also frustrates me that there was nothing done to stop people from coming in, as multiple children walked in and saw the customer covered in blood. I personally had to warn people I saw coming in with kids as I was leaving because ihop...
Read moreIt saddened me to hear that this restaurant has been struggling with customers that seem to have forgotten what it means to be respectful kind human beings. I moved to this location a couple of years ago and every time I visit this restaurant from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave I am greeted with a warm smile and excellent service to a delicious meal and topped off with kind goodbye, thanking me for stopping in, wishing me a great day and hoping to see me again soon. And this visit was no different. The hostess was quick to greet us and seat us. Mandee, our server arrived shortly after and took our order. She checked on us multiple both while we waited for our food and while ate to make sure our stay was pleasant and the food was good. She went above and beyond even at several times bringing us items for our table as well as other tables at the same time. She did an amazing job! And the food was absolutely wonderful. We got the pancakes of the month, which I highly recommend to anyone to take advantage of while they are available. The white chocolate Raspberry pancakes are great balance of sweet and tart and clearly made fresh upon ordering. Again, I can't stress how amazing our visit was and would recommend anyone looking for a tasty meal and amazing hard working friendly customer service to enjoy some classic IHOP or take advantage of something new with their seasonal selections. I would strongly disagree with any reviews that complain about bad service or bad food as I have always been treated with the exact opposite. It is a shame that people have become so quick to anger and judge and leave bad reviews without thinking of the repercussions of their feedback. The management and the staff are just incredible hard working kind people doing their best to leave their customers with a happy experience. Thank you all for an overall amazing meal and experience not just this time, but all the times before! I hope this review has convinced at least one person to try this location's food, and in the least, at least made the staff know that their hard work does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. We will be back...
Read moreWe arrived to just two servers at what should have been a Saturday evening dinner rush. We were making our way home to Tennessee from up north when we stopped, craving IHOP food. I'm not sure what's going on with the company. It seems most every one we've visited in the past is either WAY understaffed or closed completely. I have to feel like it's more about management failures than people not wanting to work. But, having said that, people at this location sure didn't want to work. Thankfully Brandi was our server. She apologized A LOT about our wait and our food issues. She had to practically bet the kitchen to get food cooked for her tables. Summer gave her several tables, didn't bother to bus her 6-top before disappearing completely. Brandi sat a table for her and Summer complained and walked to get table with a little attitude. Our food was the worst part. One son ordered a burger that comes with an egg and they topped it with hash browns instead. The other son's meal was okay. My husband's order came with two pancakes but they gave him three of the specialist ones he ordered, but my order came with the and I got two. I got the chicken fajita omelette and they added mushrooms that weren't listed on the menu. Since my husband and both sibs are highly allergic to mushrooms, I had Brandi ask them to remake it. I was a little afraid to eat the second one. The were some stray hash brown strings in it, suggesting that they don't keep the grill clean. It was Brendan (?) and Jason in the kitchen, and Jason's a kitchen manager and couldn't get it together. Other orders came out randomly, not all together, and it just seemed like they didn't care at all. Bottom line, Brandi busted her tail and had to apologize the whole time while the rest of tonight's staff didn't seem to care at all. As someone who has run a kitchen and worked in upscale kitchens, I know too well that it's a highly disrespectful stance to not care about the servers relying on tips while you make a decent hourly wage in the kitchen. And for a server to not want a table on their "salary"? It's pointless to even...
