Hardee’s — Restaurant in Christiansburg

The few times I've been inside of this place it has been absolutely disgusting. I've had to wipe my table down with napkins but it never really helps. Now, don't get me wrong, I don't mind cleaning my own table if the restaurant is busy or what have you, but the tables are sticky and greasy. I stick to the drive thru but even that isn't worth much either. The food is cold more often than not if it's not wrong altogether. I don't mind waiting when they're dropping fresh food, however, when they bring the food out and the fries are piping hot but the burgers are ice cold, that's when I have an issue. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They get an order wrong or get asked for food that ISNT cold and immediately get an attitude. Ask to speak with management and they hide behind their employees with the biggest attitudes. I avoid this place usually but figured we'd give it a shot this morning with the new menu items. We will NEVER be making that mistake again. I'd give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately that...

We had a food emergency, all my pregnant wife wanted was a chocolate milkshake (also all she could eat) we started our journey in Radford stopped at 3 different places, one place gets a pass (broken) the others though....OUT OF ICE CREAM/CHOCOLATE ON JULY 3RD!!! So I'm losing it, my wife's about to throw hands with ordering managers. Cut to, Hardee's 460 in Christiansburg, our saviours. Shift leader Kara took my order as soon as she saw me. I started to explain our dire situation and before I could finish she said "we got you, we're not those other places" "why wouldn't we have chocolate milkshakes/ice cream!?" And GM Desmond also hearing our situation almost leapt into action making our shakes and said "yeah we've got you, these shakes are going to be great and anytime you need them come see us." These words, employees and especially the AMAZING milkshakes saved us (mostly my wife) thank you...

This place has really went down hill! They care not for the customers or how they make their foods. Even the manager has been very very nasty to costumers when all they tried to do was let her know their food wasn't right. But he would just become nasty with them and there's no I'm sorry, or can he fix it, nothing but "I know it was right" and "that's how it's supposed to be " just very rude to anyone trying to get what they pay for! I dont recommend eating out here. Not unless you know exactly what ur getting and whom u getting it from!. Hopefully things have or will get better. If it was me I'd hsve a new manager on board real fast. If u can't handle the fact that "CUSOMERS ARE MORE THEN LIKELY ALWAYS RIGHT," THEN U DONT NEED TO WORK IN FAST FOODS!
